Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Juan

Wonderful stay for a PR trip with the family! Enjoyed the jacuzzi and liked having a family dinner inside and outside. Comfy beds and very clean place! Truly a relaxing and very nice place to call home on a PR vacation!

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems, he was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for work reasons, I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

Beautiful airbnb with parking. Plenty of space and it looked just like the pictures / description. A big plus were the beach chairs, umbrella, etc. It’s walking distance to the beach and my favorite bakery. The host sent several recommendations of things to do / places to eat. Would definitely come back to this airbnb. Thank you for your hospitality 😊

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

This home that we stayed in was comfortable for everyone that stayed there peaceful place! The person in charge is always there to answer our questions. I recommended that the kitchen be better equipped with mixing bowls and cookware.! other than that at the house met all our expectations!

Just a perfect Airbnb, super safe, bigger than how it looks in the picture, and it was just perfect!

Mariano’s place was perfect for my wife and I. We both work at home and love kiteboarding. His place was super clean, extremely comfortable and private. The internet was great and we worked and played. Easily walk to the kite beach and let it rip. Amazing stay, looking forward to staying here on our next visit.

Gorgeous spot, very easy beach access, beautiful view, night life next door walking distance, walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Overall a great experience and if I have the blessing to come back to PR, i will stay here. 100% recommending to my peers.

Loved my stay here, close to casinos, restaurants and the beach which makes everything hassle free and convenient. Whenever I come back to San Juan this will be the first place I look to book again.

I had the absolute best time staying with Tommy and Kayla in Ocean Park. I absolutely fell in love with this neighborhood, as it gives a more local experience while being quiet and relaxing. Literally steps away from the beach and many good food spots!! The bed was also extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay with Tommy and Kayla again the next time we visit PR (hopefully soon!!)

I had an amazing time and stay at Anna and Leopoldo’s home. Very beautiful from the moment you walk in the gate, to walking through the hallway looking at all the fine work Anna has done. The porch on the floor where i stayed was comfy and my room was spacious and had more artwork and books for days. The best part was the backyard with pool which was beautiful and well maintained. I can’t say thank you enough to some selfless and kind hearted host as such. Thank you for sharing your experiences and home with me. With definitely be renting again. God bless you

We had a wonderful time with this booking! The area was perfect for us, we were close to everything we were looking for. There are walkable beaches, restaurants, and more. Parking was not an issue at all. The unit was perfect for us, it had everything we needed.

Everything was as expected based on the reviews I read ahead of time. There was only two of us and it was perfect for just us. The instructions were excellent. We arrived late and had no issues. We had a rental car so having a parking spot in the garage was perfect. The air conditioners worked wonderfully. When I had questions they were answered promptly. It was a great experience! Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Yaritza’s place was so peaceful and beautiful. It’s well equipped with everything you need and spacious. She was right there to meet me upon arrival and was very kind and informative. I definitely recommend staying here. Everything is close by without feeling touristy. I loved seeing the actual people that live there.

Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

I had a great experience staying at this condo! It’s just a quick 15-minute Uber ride from the airport, and the check-in process was smooth with clear instructions. Security was friendly and helpful, explaining the building rules and assisting with elevator access. The condo was well equipped, I really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and cooler, which made beach days super convenient. The location is excellent: walking distance to the beach, casinos, bars, restaurants, and both Walgreens and CVS. Uber pick-ups and drop-offs were easy, and getting to Old San Juan only took about 10–15 minutes and cost around $10. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Beatrice’s Airbnb for our honeymoon. It was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. It is in a great location. There are many great food spots near. Some days we didn’t have to uber anywhere at all, just walked to different restaurants. It is a cheap uber drive away from San Juan and Old San Juan. I would recommend this place and definitely would stay here again. In the kitchen were dishes, silverware, along with pots and pans if we were to cook. The view is amazing. There is a clear view of the ocean just as the picture shows. Beatrice provides a list of local recommendations which was very helpful. She is also very responsive. The power went out once during our 8 day stay for only 2 hours. She reassured us that it was the entire building and that it would be back up shortly. Overall, 5/5 ⭐️!

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

I was pleased to have the same experience as other reviewers. The condo was very clean and cute. Nice touch with plenty of water and snacks. It felt as if I were visiting a friend. Super cozy beds, which was nice since I don't sleep well. Lastly, I had a great experience with Mila being responsive with all our questions. I was happy with our stay.
