Please read the entire description before booking! This gorgeous property has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Take a dip in either of our 2 sunny pools and relax in the courtyard. Inside you will find a cozy bed that will welcome you after a full day in the sun and a whole night of entertainment. Start off your perfect vacation day by eating breakfast at one of the many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Spend the day at the beautiful Ocean Park beach which is a quick 5-minute walk away or lounging by the 2 shared pools on the property. Once you are ready for dinner, head out to Calle Loiza, which is a culinary hot spot and nightlife center. We have multiple units with different layouts. Some have kitchens and sitting areas, and some do not. Please make sure you are reading the unit description and confirming which type of unit you are renting. The units are exactly as pictured on the slideshows, there are no other rooms/areas other than those pictured. Note about Check-In Time: - Regular Check-In: 4:00 PM. - Early check-in between 1:00pm and 4:00pm will have a $25 additional fee. - Early morning check-ins (flights that come in at 1:00 am to 5:00 am), guests will have to reserve the previous night in order to accommodate check-in at that time. Otherwise, check-in time will be as listed above (Regular or Early Check-In)

Our space is located in the heart of "Condado" - at the end of our street is the quietest part of Ocean Park Beach and at the end of our block is Loiza Street (buzzing with awesome restaurants...) It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.

A compact bathroom is presented, featuring a modern sink and a toilet. An oval mirror is mounted above the sink, complemented by a stylish light fixture. The space is brightened by a nearby window, and fresh towels are neatly arranged for guests' convenience.

The neighborhood will certainly make you feel like you are on vacation, nonetheless it will also make you feel like a local. The beach, considered the best in the area, is just steps away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and up the street, Loiza street, is booming with new local bars and restaurants, all very good. The bus stop that will take you straight to old San Juan is 10 steps from the property. This same bus will take you up and down the tourists areas.

Eduardo's place was secure, easy to find, and just minutes from Ocean Park Beach. Felt very safe in this residential neighborhood, and close to lots of things to do in San Juan!

Went for a quick weekend trip and loved the area close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants on Calle Loiza. Recommend this spot :)

This has been my 2nd time staying at this property. I have enjoyed my stay both times. Check in and check were a breeze with my 2nd check in being able to accommodate a much needed early check in. The rooms are very grounded and spa like. You can't beat the location. My only advice would be to have your cleaning crew pay attention to the floors and bed sheets. I've found hair multiple times on both the floor and sheets that weren't mine. Besides that, it was a great stay and I'd book again.

This little room was just what needed for our last night in Puerto Rico. We had just gotten off the ferry from Vieques and needed a cold room and a cool shower. He already had the AC on so that was lovely. The community kitchen area is very cute too. I left some feminine products for the taking ❤️

We loved the Dream Inn! Location was great & property was very clean & gorgeous. The rooftop & pool were amazing as well as the friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

Booked this last minute in order to extend my stay in San Juan and it was a bit pricey for the space you’re getting; but it’s perfect in every other way as far as location and accessibility. Everything is totally walkable and you can even leave your key with the front desk before you leave out so you don’t have to worry about losing it! Thanks for the stay

The room was great! Towels, extra sheets, blankets, soap, shampoo/conditioner, were all provided. There is a community kitchen that contains all the necessities as well. The two roofs had beautiful views. Everything was perfectly clean. The location is perfect for walking to food, shopping, drinks, etc. Definitely recommend!

This place was great! Super easy to find and access. The suite was clean, beautiful and very roomy. We traveled with our four kids and it was the perfect size! Raul allowed us to store our luggage on check in and check out day, which was so helpful. We would stay here again, just longer next time!
