NOTE: our building is antique/historic; no elevators available, must be able to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to room 7.

This is a privately owned, beach-front apartment, which is housed in the ESJ Towers Hotel. The principal amenity is that you have private access to the beach. You also have access to numerous hotel amenities,including the fitness center, the coffee shop, the game rooms and the laundry. However, the pool is currently under repair.
