Charming remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bath on second floor (no elevator) of a colonial house (over 200 years!) on Sol street. a quiet residential street of OSJ. We live downstairs. High ceilings. Lots of light. Kitchen equipped, gas stove and large refrigerator. Hi-speed internet (optic fiber). Two private balconies overlooking Sol st. You will love it! UTILITIES: NO WORRIES ABOUT POWER OR WATER OUTAGE. The property has 17 solar panels and two battery backups and a water cistern on the roof.
