We loved the accommodation! Watching the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee was fantastic. From the terrace you have an unforgettable view over the whole bay. Our two teenagers really enjoyed the privacy of their own bedrooms. Very tasteful furnishings. The accommodation is in the first row of apartment buildings and the top floor location offers unobstructed views and maximum privacy to relax and enjoy the huge terrace. We would come here again at any time!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this incredible destination, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in kindness, passion, and warmth. The staff's compassionate conversations and genuine welcomeness made me feel right at home. What struck me most was the serene environment, which reminded me that life is full of wonderful surprises. I left feeling refreshed and inspired, already looking forward to my next visit. This is THE place. Wow. Where to begin… We searched all along the Pacific coast, Mexico to Chile, and Cocoloche stood out. It turned out even better than we could have anticipated. Julie is a spectacular host. Her connections in the community ensured we had great experiences fishing, diving, and surfing. The local baker’ bread stood out. Julie messaged in the morning that the fisher had tuna available: we had tuna tartar with afternoon cocktails and seared steaks on our plates for dinner. Julie is super attentive and responsive. The Cocoloche property is stunning. The casitas are well dispersed, and all have tremendous views as the property has 2700 of ocean view. There is wonderful snorkelling off the beach to the south and the tide pools to the north offer another way to enjoy the ocean. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The dining area is breezy and comfortable. Sun rises and sunsets, howler and white face monkeys visiting regularly, the ever-present array of birds and stunning stars at night ensure there is always something to wonder at.

We had a nice stay in the apartment. Very well equipped and comfortable. The unit has no direct sea view, but is on the ground floor and within walking distance of the social area which makes it easily accessible. There are some apartments under construction in the area, but there were no considerable disturbances. The social area pool is very nice. I hope the administration improves the access to it a little, maybe extend the apartment around and consider adding more ranchos for users (it only has two). We had a great time in the apartment and recommend it!

Our stay at Clara's in Playa Venao was a streamlined experience from check-in to check-out. The surfing haven of Venao Beach is perfectly captured from the private balcony, where we witnessed spectacular Pacific Ocean sunsets painting the sky in vibrant colors each evening. The sound of rolling waves provided a soothing backdrop throughout our stay. The well-appointed accommodation features an incredibly comfortable king-size bed with premium linens, ensuring peaceful nights of rest after days filled with beach activities and surfing. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen was a highlight, allowing us to prepare fresh local seafood and tropical fruits while saving on dining costs. Having this cooking space was especially valuable given Playa Venao's relatively remote location. The hosts went above and beyond with their hospitality, providing insider tips on the best surf spots, tide times, and local attractions. They helped arrange surf lessons with reputable instructors
