Monthly Rentals in Las Colinas, Irving

From the minute we arrived, Nicole was a dream to communicate with. Always helpful and so kind. Check-in was easy with loads of pictures to help us navigate on where to park and how to get into the property. Her apartment was so clean and comfortable. We stayed for over 3 weeks so we really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for every type of cooking. The pool and workout facility were amazing but we loved the stunning views of Lake Carolyn from the living area and bedroom. The beautiful walking areas around the lake, areas to sit and picnic or even get some food/drinks, was just the best. We'll be returning to the area again in the future and definitely hope to stay there again!

Worth every dollar beautiful area and unit. Host was super responsive had a worry free trip and Javier was helpful!

Perfect place in the Irving area. The apartment and amenities are great, but the most important component of it all is Lorettea, the host she was PHENOMENAL. She would answer any and all questions I had almost immediately, making me feel very comfortable and right at home. Thank you, Lorettea, for making my stay one of the best experiences I have ever had away from home. Definitely will return to your place in the near future.
