I had a great stay at David’s place in downtown Dallas. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to get around. David was an excellent host, very responsive and clear in his communication, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The check-in process was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Dallas!

Easy to find, big and decorated so nicely. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was a game-changer. The street was a bit noisy, but having so much space made up for that! Highly recommend!!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. There was everything we needed to have a good time and the view of the tracks are an even bigger bonus. The large comfy couch was our go to after the races. My family and I are already planning our next stay here. This was my family’s second visit to Kendal’s place. Everything is amazing and as described. He even had some upgrades from last month! He is very welcoming and responsive. We had no issues, but we know Kendal would’ve handled anything that arose quickly. Don’t hesitate- book his place, before someone else does!

10/10 reccomend staying here! We had such a great time. There was so much for us to do all pretty close to house! The game room jept the children occupied for hours! There were plenty of board games, on in paticular called "utter nonsense", that we plaid for hours with 7 pleople! Such great host that were quick to respond with any questions. We’ve been traveling to TX to visit family for years and have stayed in many airbnbs is the area. By far this home was the best laid out of our family. The outdoor area was perfect for gathering and making memories. Additionally, there were many different small/extra touches that were provided that made it feel like home. Tons of appliances in the kitchen, lots of extra towels, toys for the pool, gaming system for the kids, and so much more. Hands down we would come back again. Even got to meet the cleaners when we arrived. They were friendly and accommodating. We will for sure be staying here again!

I came to Arlington Texas to attend a Women 's conference with a group of 7 adult women and 4 teen girls. So it was 11 of us in the house. We all had somewhere to sleep. The house was clean and more comfortable than the house we stayed in last years conference. On the last day we cooked a full meal like we was at home. We had all the dishes, plates, utensils we needed. I highly recommend!
