This is a very clean, modern condo with all expected appliances and furnishings to have a great beach stay. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a close drive to the beach club which is amazing. Definitely recommend for a stay in Playa Conchal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and I have to say, it was an experience beyond my wildest expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views. The location was perched high above, offering panoramic vistas that were absolutely stunning—whether it was sunrise or sunset, every moment was a picture-perfect sight. The host was phenomenal—so welcoming, attentive, and quick to offer any help we needed throughout our stay. It was clear they had thought of everything. The property itself was immaculate, with every amenity you could possibly need. The pools were nothing short of spectacular—both were large, clean, and beautifully situated to take full advantage of the views. We spent so much time relaxing by the water, it felt like a true luxury getaway. The only slight downside (and it’s a minor one) was the drive up to the property. The hill leading to the house was pretty steep, but our stay was unforgettable.

Every corner felt fresh, tidy, and inviting—it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping their home spotless. The views from the property were simply stunning. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel like a retreat. The beddings were next-level comfortable—plush pillows, soft linens, and mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way possible). We slept like babies every night. The space itself was much larger than we expected, with a great layout. One of our favorite features was the extra “TV” room. Beautiful home, close to many restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that you can hear almost everything outside and if there are people talking or driving by it is easily heard in the bedroom but the neighbour hood is quiet otherwise, other than that it was a very comfortable stay and safe!

This place is soo beautiful. Get ready to have the ocean just in front of you all day long. Just by sitting in this living room while looking at the ocean, you will be able to get so much peace and rest. Chris and Nadia are sooo friendly. Always looking to make you feel right at home.

Best place to stay for a few nights to either begin or end your CR Adventure. We have traveleed CR for many years and this was a place we will come back for sure. Clean and new with many upgrades. Short walk to Playa Flamngo which is a white sandy beach and walk to any sunset cruise or dive boat. A little pricey but way worth it! Will be back again!

Check-in instructions were sent well ahead of time and Jennifer provided perfect directions to the home. My teen kids and I enjoyed the full open space in this home, with the communal living room and main balcony being amazing to make family memories. All the great restaurants, shops, and beaches are within walking distance of the home, while the home remained very peaceful. Definitely worth the money spent for our forever memories. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Playa Flamingo. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the beautiful views from both balconies, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The location is fantastic, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The pool was also a highlight It was super clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing condo, beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you need. The location was absolutely perfect, walkable easily to Tamarindo with grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The staff for the condo were always helpful and so, so friendly!! This condo does not disappoint, excellent place to stay!!! Rafa was an excellent host and gave us great tips on excursions!!!!

Patrick provided a fantastic stay and experience. His communication was excellent. The location is ideal, and the space is comforting. I stayed for approximately two weeks, worked daily with multiple video calls each day, and never had an issue. Wifi streamed regularly at about 200 MB down. I've stayed in Pacifico frequently, and this is one of the better units. Highly recommend.

Location was perfect. Unit was clean just needs some updates. If unit had sleeper sofa’s it would enhanced for 2 families to share the unit. Pool near building with working grill made it perfect to cook lunch and dinner there.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, a spectacular view. Very fast communication, always ready to help with inquiries. It's on the third floor, no elevator and the pools are a little far away. The club is right on the beach, very good. In general, an excellent stay.

This place was a luxurious treat to stay in, and helped our family of four (15 and 9 year old) have a great homebase for our time in Costa Rica. We arrived to a perfectly stocked kitchen, ready to use. Beach towels and pickle ball equipment was all there to use. A highlight was early morning coffee and family dinners on the idyllic porch surrounded by palm trees tops, watching the birds swoop through the trees. Tammy, you have a wonderful place, so thoughtfully put together and well-curated and cared-for, and Will, you are a wonderful contact and were so helpful with all our questions. The amenities were out of this world – with the swimming pools, lounge chairs and gardens – so easy to access and enjoy from this condo. Enjoying the stars from the vantage of a night swim or hot tub was another highlight for sure! The grocery store is a very short walk away, and we cooked lots of meals at home. We had the best time! We had a few small plumbing issues, Joel was immediately responsive and problems were solved within an hour. Restaurants: Rustico, Rural (Tamarindo), Lola’s. Beaches: playa Flamingo & Playa Avellana were our favorites. House is super family friendly with the open concept.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this home. We loved the pool and used it multiple times a day. The pool area is perfect to listen and watch the monkeys. We cooked meals in the kitchen, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The community was very clean and safe. Lots of options to eat near by and the grocery store was close and easy to get to. Anytime we had a question they would respond very quickly. New houses are being built around the house so there is noise during the day, but that is mentioned in the write up.

The view grabs you the moment you walk in the door. The kitchen, living and dining room are open with a view of the pool and pacific. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The master has a view too! We opened our eyes to rainbows from our bed several mornings. It was magical. We used the outdoor shower more than the indoor. We loved it. The house, pool, view, layout, privacy of the location and Enis’ professionalism were all top notch. It highly recommend this airbnb.

Pictures dont do justice to how amazing the place is. The view is simply breathtaking and Rocio took care of everything as well as giving us some pretty good recommendations for places around the house.

A Peaceful Getaway Near the Beach It was a beautiful house close to the beach, and it was the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. Surrounded by nature, the property offered a private and peaceful retreat, ideal for relaxation. Despite the secluded feel, it was just a short distance from town, making it easy to access restaurants and any essentials. For us was perfect because we were looking for a quiet escape or a balance between nature and accessibility, this place offers the best of both worlds! Looking forward to visit again.

Out family couldnt say enough great things about the host and the home. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Our 7 member adult family had plenty to do, great recommendations from the host. Extra accommodations when asked. House was beautiful and clean. We engaged them throughout the trip and we felt like VIPs on the complex. I highly recommend this host and property. We are looking forward to a return trip in the near future!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mono Feliz! The villa had everything we needed to have a relaxing, peaceful stay in Costa Rica. The beach, beach club, shops, restaurants, and town were all in walking distance. After enjoying the day with all the area had to offer, it was especially nice to come back to the villa to dip in the pool. Hosts, Jeff and Gina, were attentive to our needs along with onsite management, Justin. Pura Vida!
