Beautiful location and the apartment was everything we needed

I stayed for 8 weeks during European winter. This place became my second home and it felt like that right from the start! It’s super cozy and it really was like a friend had given me the keys to his beloved home. All clean and lovely decorated. Location is also a 10/10! It’s right in the bustling city so of course it’s not 24/7 tranquil. But for me that was totally fine and would be the case for any other apartment in Las Palmas as well. The beach promenade is literally 1 min away, lots of restaurants around, shops & gyms in walking distance, the beach… - what more can you ask for? I would definitely book again!

Appartamento molto bello, si trova in una zona calma e rilassante. Si tratta di un appartamento con molti attrezzi a disposizione soprattutto in cucina. La vista sul mare e veramente fantastica e rilassante. Nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato e dei ristoranti. Ana è molto disponibile e risponde in tempi brevi.

Alojamiento perfecto y bien ubicado, lo mas complicado encontrar aparcamiento, aunque hay bastante zona azul en los alrededores.

A beautiful apartment that was well situated for the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and the bus station. extremely well kitted out, it had everything you needed included beach items, towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Fernando had thought of everything! He was very responsive and helpful providing recommendations and transport around the islands. The Global bus service was excellent and we used it to get to the airport at the end. I would highly recommend staying here. Many thanks Fernando for providing such lovely accommodation.

Paulus Taubenschlag ist eine besondere Wohnung, die durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Antlantik mit seinen wilden Strände punktet. Das Meer mit seinen Geräuschen ist immer präsent. Der Große Balkon liegt fast den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Zum Baden ist der Strand kaum geeignet. Die Einzimmerwohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas Renovierung. Ich habe mich trotzdem für 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Paula ist eine aufmerksamer Gastgeberin, die schnell reagiert. Es gibt fußläufig einen kleinen Laden. Um Meeresfrüchte zu kaufen oder um eine größere Auswahl zu haben, bin ich gerne zum Carrefour gefahren. 3 Stunden parkt man dort kostenlos. Um Las Palmas zu besuchen eignet sich gut der Parking Intermodal el Rincon (neben Carrefour). Dort kann man den ganzen Tag für 3 Euro parken (Inclusive 2 Busfahrscheine)

La casa es mucho mejor de lo que aparenta en el anuncio. Las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo grande y bonita que es. El comedor tiene muchas ventanas con vistas al mar, la cocina y los baños estan bien equipados y todo está muy limpio. Fuimos un grupo de 12 personas y no tuvimos problema alguno con sillas, cubertería, camas, toallas, etc. Lo recomendamos completamente. Si hemos de decir algo negativo es que a algunos baños no llegaba el agua caliente y la entrada a la calle desde la carretera es un poco compleja y peligrosa.

Recomendable 100%, la zona era muy tranquila , ideal para venir a relajarse y disfrutar de la isla , todo muy bien conectado y comunicado , la piscina y terraza increíble, a más a más de las habitaciones la cocina etc.… repetiremos seguro !!

Nous somme très content d’avoir passé les vacances de noel chez Isabel. La maison est magnifique correspond exactement aux photos. Elle est grande luxueux et tres propre, très jolie vu sur la plage. La piscine est propre et bien entretenu. Nos enfants ont bien amusé ! L’emplacement est bien et calme, idéal pour famille avec enfants. C’est très proche de l’aéroport, donc très pratique pour arrive et départ. Isabel est très gentil et très disponible! La communication se passe très bien! On reviendra si on repasse les vacances dans l’île !

Lovely house with a beautiful view of the sea. The house was clean and has all the facilities including a heated pool. The contact with Jose was very pleasant and fast. Even when we were forced to change the date of our stay at the last minute. Thanks again for this.

Desde el primer momento, Patricia fue muy amable y atenta, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bien recibidos. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. This was a very spacious one bedroom apartment with every amenity you could wish for and more. Quality appliances and gadgets. The location is fantastic- right on the beach- with a large private terrace. The staff are friendly and helpful. But we didn’t think it was properly cleaned. It wasn’t dirty as such, but it certainly wasn’t spotless, which spoiled it a bit for us. But we definitely enjoyed the spaciousness and the location. And a definite thumbs up for helpful staff.

We had a wonderful few nights here. We were a family of six. There was plenty of space, we could have easily had a few more. Salt water swimming pool was great. The house is located 10 meters from the sea, so you can hear it at night, and has a high wall surrounding the home so it is protected from the winds. The house has many windows and doors that open to the exterior so there is always fresh air, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the needed cookware to prepare feasts for many. The Noon check in and check out time was also very nice for our travel plans. We will definitely be back if we have a chance!

Super Haus. Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten vor Ort sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Viele Spielsachen - super für Kinder von klein bis groß. Tolles Haus für größere Gruppen, wir haben auch die Grillstelle mehrmals genutzt. Bei Ankunft war ein volles Lebensmittelempfangspaket vorhanden, sodass man nicht direkt einkaufen gehen musste. Alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub ! Jederzeit wieder und absolute Empfehlung !

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Pedro und seine Frau sind so so nett und waren immer erreichbar. Wirklich perfekt! Zu dritt war das Haus perfekt für uns. Da die Dusche im zweiten Bad aber wirklich mini ist, haben wir alle zu dritt im Haupt Badezimmer geduscht. Das war zu dritt vollkommen ok, wenn man aber in einer größeren Gruppe unterwegs ist (es gibt 6 Betten) könnte das kompliziert sein. Daher ist meiner Meinung nach das Haus für bis zu drei Leute perfekt :-) Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage toll direkt an der Promenade, wo wir jeden Morgen gejoggt sind. Einen privaten Parkplatz gibt es nicht ( hatten wir in der Beschreibung falsch verstanden), aber wir haben in den Straßen immer etwas gefunden (es war Nebensaison). Wenn wir etwas zu kritisieren hätten wäre es höchstens die Sauberkeit - ein altes benutztes Handtuch hing noch im kleinen Bad als wir angekommen sind, das schrecklich gestunken hat. War aber im Nachgang kein Problem :)

It's rare for me to feel like an Airbnb actually deserves 5 stars across the board, but Carlos' place definitely does. For our small family everything was top--beds, pillows, living room, kitchen, quiet, clean, location, it checks all the boxes!

Minden szuper volt, a szállás pont olyan volt mint a képeken, a környék csendes, gyalogtávolságra is van élelmiszerbolt 3 percre, de kocsival meg aztán 5-10 percen belül minden is van (Alcampo (Auchan), Ikea, Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Decathlon, stb.), amit csak akarsz. Héctor nagyon kedves volt és mindig gyorsan válaszolt.

Hemos pasado unos días en el apartamento de Carolina y tanto la casa como la ubicación es ideal. Las vistas al mar, la limpieza, la comodidad, decoración, practicidad, la cercanía a restaurantes, súper mercados, han hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido perfecta. La ubicación ha hecho que no tuviéramos que recorrer distancias largas a los lugares que queríamos visitar tanto en el Norte como en el Sur de la Isla, pasando por el interior. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos y repetiríamos.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage und ist perfekt ausgestattet mit vielen praktischen Kleinigkeiten. Die Gastgeberin war prima- sehr freundlich und hat immer direkt geantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Immer wieder gerne 🤗

Octavio's place was great. Nice and tidy and in good condition. Right on the beach and sunshine on the terrace until early afternoon. Our family has mold allergies and we did not have any problems in this apartment. Highly recommended. Octavio is a great host. He met us at the front of the building and showed us in (very helpful with carrying the luggage up the stairs). He was very responsive with all our questions. Note: When Octavio recommends not parking under the trees due to bird-poo - do take that seriously, there is plenty of other parking spots.

Totalmente recomendable! El apartamento es tal como se ve en las fotos y se explica en la descripción. Está en una zona tranquila pero que cerca tiene muy buenas opciones diferentes, supermercado, playa, etc. La comunicación con Ignacio fue muy fácil, atento en todo momento, y dando muy buenas recomendación desde la compañía para alquilar coche, turismo y donde comer. Muy buena experiencia!!!

Après avoir randonné dans la montagne, je voulais un emplacement pour rayonner du nord au sud : c'est idéal, avec la plage pour se poser après une journée de balade. Ce qui est à souligner, c'est l'accueil et toutes les attentions lors de notre arrivée : quelle gentillesse. On ne manque de rien dans la maison.
