There is a beautiful window where you can see the beach - it's a 4th floor so no noise from the street. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook + a nice and comfortable bathroom with a big shower. It's so close to the beach and to the Paseo Las Canteras. You have also a SMART TV and fast Wi-Fi

Bright and modern apartment in the city centre. Alcaravaneras beach is 3 minutes by walk, Las Canteras beach is 10 minutes by walk from the home. The home has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with all brand new amenities and furnitures. In the neighbourhood, you'll find everything you need, shops such as Zara and El Corte Inglés, shopping centre, several restaurants (Japanese, Italian and Spanish), bars, supermarkets and the local market all within walking distance.

90 m2 apartment renovated in January 2020 (lacquered doors, total renovation of the 2 bathrooms, renovated kitchen, all new furniture) in one of the best areas of Las Canteras beach, in the Guanarteme neighborhood, just 4 minutes walk from Las Canteras beach, the Mesa y López shopping area and Santa Catalina Park. The apartment is in a family building with only 3 floors, built in 1998, very quiet and bright. The street is pedestrian and the building has an elevator.
