Very nice and cozy studio apartment BEACH VIEW located in Calle Luis Morote. The apartment it's around 27 square meters, it is JUST RENOVATED and designed by a famous architect of Las Palmas. There is a beautiful window where you can see the beach - it's a 4th floor so no noise from the street. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook + a nice and comfortable bathroom with a big shower. It's so close to the beach and to the Paseo Las Canteras. You have also a SMART TV and fast Wi-Fi

The home has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with all brand new amenities and furnitures. In the neighbourhood, you'll find everything you need, shops such as Zara and El Corte Inglés, shopping centre, several restaurants (Japanese, Italian and Spanish), bars, supermarkets and the local market all within walking distance.
