Beautiful location and the apartment was everything we needed

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage und ist perfekt ausgestattet mit vielen praktischen Kleinigkeiten. Die Gastgeberin war prima- sehr freundlich und hat immer direkt geantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Immer wieder gerne 🤗

El alojamiento de Vidina cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar estos días, además se encuentra en una zona tranquila y por la noche se podía descansar sin ruidos. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la estancia fue muy agradable. Cerca del paseo de Las Canteras y con un montón de ofertas para comer; si tuviera que volver repetiría en este alojamiento. Además Vidina fue muy atenta y nos dio flexibilidad en la hora de salida, muchas gracias por tu amabilidad.

This apartment is a dream. Spacious and clean, with all you need and many beautiful details. Location perfect, close to the beach and promenade. Walking distance to the main shopping street , with El Corte Inglés. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

tout est là, il manque rien , très bien dormi . il y a même un garage pour l'auto. c'est petit mais très fonctionnel.

We recently stayed in the apartment for 10 days and we're really pleased with it. It was bright, clean and comfortable. It was in a fantastic position near everything but still quiet, We would definitely stay there again and our hostess, Alicia, is really nice and also very accommodating. Looking forward to our next trip.

Appartement propre, bien situé, fonctionnel, proche des commerces, restaurants, de la plage, des bus. Alejandro nous attendait à l’appartement avec bouteilles de vin et eau. We loved our stay at Montse's apartment! The apartment was as described, clean, with comfortable beds and had all we needed. We made alot of food there and lacked nothing. The location is very good with alot of life and stuff to do nearby, yet the apartment is quiet. Furthermore Montse is an excellent host!! Very helpful and answers super quick. Highly recommened staying here!

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die beiden Dachterrassen mit Meerblick sind einfach traumhaft! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Patricia war wunderbar – sie ist eine unglaublich herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die sich liebevoll um alles kümmert. Unsere kleine Familie hat den Urlaub hier in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Lage ist ideal: ein Bäcker direkt um die Ecke, ein Supermarkt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – und auch zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten. Das Parken an der Straße war manchmal ein kleines Abenteuer, aber wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden. Es war eine rundum schöne Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Adrian的房子地理位置优越，街区比较安静，周围设施齐全，只需步行10分钟即可到达餐厅、超市、公交站。他的房子空间足够，我和我的朋友们一共6个人住得很舒服。热水器可能有点小，不过等待一段时间就可以，不影响住宿体验。Adrian消息回复及时，对于房屋内部细节说明清晰，还让我们提前进入了房子，非常感谢。

Super rapport qualité prix, super emplacement, hôtes réactifs et sympathiques, logement propre et conforme aux photos! Le seul petit manquement est un espace commun à l’intérieur (salon), même si la grande terrasse sur le toit est agréable ! Merci pour l’accueil!

La casa es mucho mejor de lo que aparenta en el anuncio. Las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo grande y bonita que es. El comedor tiene muchas ventanas con vistas al mar, la cocina y los baños estan bien equipados y todo está muy limpio. Fuimos un grupo de 12 personas y no tuvimos problema alguno con sillas, cubertería, camas, toallas, etc. Lo recomendamos completamente. Si hemos de decir algo negativo es que a algunos baños no llegaba el agua caliente y la entrada a la calle desde la carretera es un poco compleja y peligrosa.

¡Maravillosa estancia! Nos hicieron sentir como en casa o incluso podríamos decir que mejor que en casa, con todas las comodidades…, utensilios, juguetes para el peque, detalles de bienvenida y de tooodo. Es la mejor casa vacacional en la que nos hemos quedado sin duda! ¡No queríamos terminar nuestra estancia!🥺 Pero sé volveremos desde que podamos sin la mínima duda!! 🥰🫶 Muchísimas gracias Estefania y Yeray, nos veremos pronto, a seguir así!🙏🏽☀️

I stayed for 8 weeks during European winter. This place became my second home and it felt like that right from the start! It’s super cozy and it really was like a friend had given me the keys to his beloved home. All clean and lovely decorated. Location is also a 10/10! It’s right in the bustling city so of course it’s not 24/7 tranquil. But for me that was totally fine and would be the case for any other apartment in Las Palmas as well. The beach promenade is literally 1 min away, lots of restaurants around, shops & gyms in walking distance, the beach… - what more can you ask for? I would definitely book again!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem eben erst renovierten Appartement. Vor allem die gut ausgestattete Küche und das schöne geräumige Badezimmer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer ist durch ein kluges Schiebetüren-System angenehm ruhig und gut abzudunkeln. Wir haben die Wohnung u.a. zum Arbeiten genutzt – da sich nebenan eine Schule und ein Kindergarten befinden, war es tagsüber oft etwas lauter (zum Arbeiten am besten Noise Cancelling Kopfhörer mitbringen). Die Lage in direkter Strandnähe ist hervorragend. Wir können das Appartement jedem empfehlen.

I've had a great stay in the heart of Las Palmas! The apartment is perfectly located, in the best area of the city, 1min walk to the beach and maybe 5 to Santa Catalina. With a supermarket across the street and plenty of good restaurants around. The apartment was very clean, but the best experience was the communication with Verónica and Martín - I came here not only for vacation but for work and the stable and fast internet connection was very important for me. On the day of my arrival something broke (on the provider's side), but the hosts were extremely engaged to resolve this issue quickly with the internet provider company. Overall a very pleasant experience and great communication. Thank you! The only downside: sometimes it gets a bit loud in the apartment, since it's a busy area and the walls are pretty thin. But nothing deal breaking +you can expect that on the center of the city. I'll be happy to come back in the future. :)

We stayed at Jose to avoid the turistic hotels. Jose has an appartment 100 meters from the beach and strand promenade. That was perfect for us. The appartment does not have a balcony, but with the beach so close, this is not a problem. Jose was quick to answer through the while trip, and also gave local recommendations. We enjoyed the stay here very much this week.
