We loved this Airbnb!! Perfect for everything you can do in CO. Hot tub was very clean and a big hit for our family. Beds/rooms accommodated our family of 6 and two dogs. Outside area in the back was better than the pics. Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed the comfortable beds, the sunny morning locations in the house to read and especially the easy 5 minute walk to town. Great Indian restaurant right between the house and town! Recommend the lunch specials and especially the samosas. We did three easy trails near town. One to the old homestead behind town hall, the riverwalk, and the walk around the lake. RMNP is just a short drive where we got some great views and pictures. Also found several entrances to the park as well as one that doesn’t have a gate but has amazing trails.

Kevin’s place was a great place to stay for our family. It’s in a nice location and neighborhood— there’s a huge park that’s walkable from the house to take the kids to play and everything in town is a quick drive. We loved the hot tub and grill. The kitchen was well stocked. Very family friendly. Kevin and his wife were responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

This was the best stay I have had at any Airbnb!! It is bright and comfortable; the Kitchen is amazing, and I absolutely love the labeled cabinets! Dominic went out of his way to turn on some of the lights as we would arrive late. He was awesome to work with and very responsive. I hope to come back soon!!

We stayed a week at the Smith House in late Jan/early Feb and loved it..Had all we needed including a beautiful finished basement with a large screen TV..Nearby Old Town Fort Collins and many great restaurants and breweries..The host Cheryl is very easy to contact if you have any questions or needs..5 star in our book and can't wait to come back here and visit!

Out of dozens of vacation rentals we have booked this one is by far the very best. Great host, great accommodations and one of the most well thought out houses. If all rentals were run like this, hotels would be out of business. We are going to be regular visitors to the area in the future and hopefully we will always stay here. Other hosts need to book a weekend here so they can see how it’s done. Absolutely fantastic!

This is the perfect place to stay for those visiting Fort Collins, especially in the CSU/Old Town vicinity. Everything is within easy walking distance including grocery stores. But the space! . . so cute, so well- stocked, so thoughtfully provided! We loved it! Fred and Carol are great hosts.

Loved our stay at the Apartment in the Sky! Apartment was exactly as described with lots of little touches for a very comfortable stay. Very clean & the host was extremely responsive. Great location - a quick 10-minute walk to Old Town. Can’t wait to return!

This place is fantastic for the price. It's a cute little 1-br with a full kitchen and an incredibly comfortable bed. The location is a ~5-minute drive from Old Town FoCo and a straight-shot drive up the Poudre Canyon. We stayed 5 nights with only one issue with the WiFi that our host, Andi, was incredibly quick to respond and resolve to. Definitely would recommend for probably no more than a couple, unless one person is okay sleeping on a couch.

Glenn’s place was exceptional. Very quiet and well maintained with lots of helpful amenities.

We were in town to visit CSU with our daughter. We stayed here and it was perfect for us and walking distance for almost everything! Tim was very responsive and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. Would definitely stay again especially if she chooses CSU!

We booked a last minute trip to Estes and this was perfect. There was a full kitchen with many things provided which was great to cook at home rather than eating out for every meal. The location was very close to downtown (walkable) and a quick drive to Rocky National Park. The place was incredibly clean. Instructions were great. I would book here again.

A great location (right next to the Fort Collins Pools!) that was perfect for walking to campus and downtown. We loved being able to walk to dinner, grab coffee at any of the many nearby coffee shops, and explore old town. The apartment was great for two, but the bunk beds in the living room would have been perfect for little ones if needed :)

We absolutely loved this condo! It was perfect for my husband and I as we enjoyed our 7 day stay for a family wedding, sledding, skiing, hiking along with all the spectacular weather, views and wildlife. Ryan is a great host as he checked in with us upon arrival. We only needed to contact him once regarding the TV service which he quickly responded and addressed. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo from the comfortable bed, nice bathroom, updated kitchen appliances and good sized living room for 2. We didn’t get to use the patio because it was a little too chilly and windy for morning coffee but loved the view out the large living room window. Highly recommend and would love to come back again!

I had a great stay at Cozy Condo! The location was perfect—right in the heart of town and close to everything I needed. It was also a great value for the area, which was a huge plus. The hosts were super responsive and made everything really easy from check-in to check-out. I was a little concerned about parking since it's a college town, but it actually turned out to be no issue at all—there was always plenty of space nearby. Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay. Would definitely book again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was SO clean and organized. Maria had so many toiletries for if you forgot anything, makeup remover towels, fans, shovels, iron, and anything else you could think of that you might need. The bed was SO comfortable and the tvs were great and very easy to navigate as well. The hot tub was very nice and clean with such a great view. It was so cozy and wonderful. My husband and I loved the unique art on the walls. Maria was SO quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed. It was so wonderful! We would go back tomorrow!

Great place to stay. Super cozy and the perfect location. We were able to walk to pretty much anything we wanted to. Would highly recommend and I would stay there again!

If you are looking for an affordable place that is close to downtown without being in it, this is a great choice. The house was comfortable for us 4 guests and my dog, easy to find things in the home, in a quiet spot, and right behind a creek which added to the atmosphere. There's a pub right next door as well. The hosts sent a lot of communication and gave us a heads up about the weekend weather, and were always friendly and responsive. I dont have anything but great things to say about the rental and hosts. This will definitely be an option for lodging again in the future.

I was coming up from Texas after working 5 weeks straight. Michael was very easy to talk to and was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of. The property was easy to get to, and it was genuinely a really peaceful place to be, while simultaneously easy access to the roadway that gets you down into Fort Collins. I’m someone who thoroughly enjoys the Rustic vibes, and to me, there was nothing better than waking up, getting some coffee, and looking out at the mountain views. I had a great time there, and 100% I’m coming back again.

This is a very conveniently located and comfortable unit with everything you need. Very easy access to downtown and RMNP. The host is very responsive and the instructions were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Great place! We booked this place with 5 friends to go hiking at RMNP and it was perfect! Everyone was comfortable and enough space for everyone. The kitchen it’s small but still worked to prep sandwiches and breakfast for our trip. The only small thing it’s that the wifi is a little slow.
