We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. The condo itself has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom a pull out sofa, and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for couples or friends. This is a downtown location, so if you are noise sensitive, keep in mind there will be typical downtown noises etc
