A few things to note first! - We live upstairs with our two children, so while we always try to be courteous, some noise may travel. - There is no air-conditioning, but the space stays comfortably cool during summer (and we have circulating fans). Our new one bedroom unit is located near beautiful open farmland - with only a short 5 minute drive to Old Town!

Unwind, Colorado-style in this newly-built house in oldtown district. Every room is beautifully curated with all the emphasis on luxurious comfort. A very well stocked kitchen, plush linens, black-out curtains, Smart TV’s, and more. Well-behaved dogs are welcome: Fully fenced yard and 2 dog crates, plus food bowls and doggie bags. We ask that pets not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Great for families w/ Littles: Bunk beds, pack’n’play, bassinet, highchair, and more!

Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

We have great internet, making it easy to work remotely if you'd like! We know you'll love it up here as much as we do!
