Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Larimer County

This is the perfect place to stay for those visiting Fort Collins, especially in the CSU/Old Town vicinity. Everything is within easy walking distance including grocery stores. But the space! . . so cute, so well- stocked, so thoughtfully provided! We loved it! Fred and Carol are great hosts.

Beautiful, serene location just a few minutes out of town. Comfortable, private, peaceful place to stay! I can't wait to return on my next trip to the area!

This place is fantastic for the price. It's a cute little 1-br with a full kitchen and an incredibly comfortable bed. The location is a ~5-minute drive from Old Town FoCo and a straight-shot drive up the Poudre Canyon. We stayed 5 nights with only one issue with the WiFi that our host, Andi, was incredibly quick to respond and resolve to. Definitely would recommend for probably no more than a couple, unless one person is okay sleeping on a couch.

We were in town to visit CSU with our daughter. We stayed here and it was perfect for us and walking distance for almost everything! Tim was very responsive and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. Would definitely stay again especially if she chooses CSU!

A great location (right next to the Fort Collins Pools!) that was perfect for walking to campus and downtown. We loved being able to walk to dinner, grab coffee at any of the many nearby coffee shops, and explore old town. The apartment was great for two, but the bunk beds in the living room would have been perfect for little ones if needed :)

This was the perfect place to stay. We only needed a short stay in Loveland. The room was very well designed- great kitchen! And so close to downtown, and all amenities. Very clean, and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s lovely home while in town for Phi Delt’s Mom’s weekend. Great location, perfect accommodations! We absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again:) Thanks for having us!!

Kevin’s place was a great place to stay for our family. It’s in a nice location and neighborhood— there’s a huge park that’s walkable from the house to take the kids to play and everything in town is a quick drive. We loved the hot tub and grill. The kitchen was well stocked. Very family friendly. Kevin and his wife were responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

We stayed a week at the Smith House in late Jan/early Feb and loved it..Had all we needed including a beautiful finished basement with a large screen TV..Nearby Old Town Fort Collins and many great restaurants and breweries..The host Cheryl is very easy to contact if you have any questions or needs..5 star in our book and can't wait to come back here and visit!

Beautiful house perfectly decorated for a vacation to Estes Park and RMNP. Comfy furniture and beds. No complaints!

This is the second time that my family and I have stayed at the Dreamy Cactus House. The house is perfect for friends and/or family wanting to share accommodations in the FOCO area. There's ample space for everyone to hang out together, but the layout also allows for guests to go off on their own and work, nap, read a book, or whatever. We love the kitchen, with its modern appliances and everything essential to cooking a good meal (spices, quality pots and pans, etc.). The bedding is luxurious, the house is spotless-clean, and the decor and furnishings are bright, modern and cozy. On top of that, Brett and Ginger are very responsive hosts, happy to answer questions about the area or the house itself. I highly recommend the Dreamy Cactus House and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Thanks for the great stay, this place was perfect for our interstate friend weekend playing games while snowed in. Lots of room for everyone and very comfortable. Loved the giant hot tub. Melissa was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay. If I’m ever back in Estes I’d stay again 👍

I had a great stay at Cozy Condo! The location was perfect—right in the heart of town and close to everything I needed. It was also a great value for the area, which was a huge plus. The hosts were super responsive and made everything really easy from check-in to check-out. I was a little concerned about parking since it's a college town, but it actually turned out to be no issue at all—there was always plenty of space nearby. Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay. Would definitely book again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was SO clean and organized. Maria had so many toiletries for if you forgot anything, makeup remover towels, fans, shovels, iron, and anything else you could think of that you might need. The bed was SO comfortable and the tvs were great and very easy to navigate as well. The hot tub was very nice and clean with such a great view. It was so cozy and wonderful. My husband and I loved the unique art on the walls. Maria was SO quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed. It was so wonderful! We would go back tomorrow!

If you are looking for an affordable place that is close to downtown without being in it, this is a great choice. The house was comfortable for us 4 guests and my dog, easy to find things in the home, in a quiet spot, and right behind a creek which added to the atmosphere. There's a pub right next door as well. The hosts sent a lot of communication and gave us a heads up about the weekend weather, and were always friendly and responsive. I dont have anything but great things to say about the rental and hosts. This will definitely be an option for lodging again in the future.

this is a great location. you are literally a block from main street, and overlook the mountains. beautiful condo. plenty of room. great cooking space if you didn't want to eat out. this is the 4th time we've stayed here, and will stay here again. just the perfect spot to stay in Estes if you want to walk around downtown and not have to worry about parking and driving around. such a friendly host that more than communicates, and makes everything very easy.

We were there for a wedding at black canyon inn and it couldn’t be any closer to the venue. Host was communicative, the place was clean and well-stocked. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
