Old farmhouse recently renovated in the countryside in the heart of a small hamlet, large green space around the house with free access. Starting point for a walk in the forest. 1 km from the village giving access to a supermarket, 2 bakeries, a grocery store, a tobacco/press, a gas station and other shops. You will be close to Lascaux IV, and all the remarkable and unmissable sites of Périgord, 35 minutes from Sarlat and the entrance to the Dordogne Valley, 25 minutes from Périgueux.

A 105 m² single-storey cottage with no stairs, surrounded by nature and featuring a private pond. Fully independent, it can accommodate up to 8 people and includes a garden and a sunny terrace. The pool on our terrace is round (3.70 m, h 76 cm), made of plastic, Intex brand. A new pool will be built starting in May and finished in summer as planned. We welcome you in a warm and peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or simply enjoying some quiet time alone.

House near Lascaux 4 (15-minute drive) and close to several must-see sites in Dordogne. Quiet in a setting of greenery as far as the eye can see, it is an ideal compromise to combine sightseeing and rest. In a village with all shops: supermarket, 2 bakeries, tobacco, newspapers, 2 restaurants, pond with its open-air café. Located close to RD 6089 and Highway A 89 (4 km). The entrance to the accommodation is independent access from the back of the house.

We would be happy to welcome you to our "gite des truffières", in the quiet countryside of Périgord Vert, classified ***, with stunning views of the green hills. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the Nantheuil lake and its beach, 3 km from Thiviers. The cottage includes a bedroom with a double bed 140 and a bedroom with either 2 beds 90 or a bed 140. We do not accept more than 4 people, possibly 1 small animal. Bed and bath linens are provided.

Parking area in front of the cottage and a stone's throw away, use of the shared salt pool (9 m x 4 m).
