Vacation rentals with a balcony in Languedoc-Roussillon

The apartment was great. Had everything we needed and very well placed. The views were fabulous and two balconies provided the outside space for some lazy morning/afternoon/evening chill out time. The location is absolutely fantastic and close to the beaches, restaurants etc. Marta is a very good host and responsive. No problems whatsoever. We love L’Escala so we will definitely return at some point again.

Very well located apartment, a few minutes walk from the center where the restaurants are located. The residence is quiet and well maintained, the pool very nice and the apartment very functional. I would highly recommend.

A functional, clean, well-equipped (recently renovated) accommodation in a residential area of Llança. Easy access to the coastal path that allows beautiful hikes (Port de la Selva, etc.). Efficient and responsive Interhome service (arrival kit, blanket delivery, easy check-in process). The only downside is the non-existent insulation of the adjoining apartments (next door and above) which can be problematic in the event of noisy neighbors.

Perfect and well located apartment with a bakery just downstairs. In case of rain, the water passes through the windows. A good agency. Bathtub of the bathroom a little small.

The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations. We are 2 adults, 2 children and 1 infant, and the accommodation suited us for our week. Beach 5 minutes walk, private parking, convenience store next door. The agency is very responsive and friendly. I recommend it for your holiday.

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The very good situation, in the middle of the forest, calmly and a 5 minute drive to ski slopes. Meritxell helped us in everything and offered us a very good treatment. I'm sure we'll be back.

We loved the way Guillaume’s house has been renovated. It’s full of character and very spacious. It is very well appointed, with all the kitchen utensils and crockery you could need for a large family. Being there in January we didn’t make the most of all the outdoor spaces but they were a nice backdrop from every part of the house and must be great at other times of the year. Chateauneuf is very quiet in winter, surrounded by lovely countryside.

We had a great week with our family. The view is breathtaking! Very close to the most beautiful beaches. Listing as described. Very quiet place. The fact that the pool is a shared pool was no problem, mutual respect for the people present. We recommend it!

We had a great time at Alba's accommodation, a very comfortable house with all the amenities, an amazing kitchen, bedrooms in another room that made everyday life very comfortable, a beautiful terrace and a very good location, near the lake, with parking, with a supermarket and pharmacy less than a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet neighborhood and perfect communication with owner.

Well-designed accommodation, perfect for spending the week. Very nice exterior. House 15 min from the beach on foot. The only negative is the lack of air conditioning, in heat like this week is really unbearable especially at night.

We enjoyed getting together as a family in this house. The large dining table and spacious living room are great for a rainy weekend. The bedding is good and the rooms are spacious and nice. The outdoor space was still in "hibernation" but the open view of the garden is always very relaxing. We will be back, any season confused with pleasure. ps: The BBQ is working, in response to a previous review...

My family and I stayed here for 10days in mid June. The Villa was lovely, very spacious and airy and peaceful. It was great having the pool and lovely garden (despite the mosquitos who loved our Irish blood unfortunately!) and the views of the mountains was spectacular. Our host was very accommodating regarding the check-in and checkout times (our flights were a bit awkward) and she was on hand when we thought there was an issue with the pool (there wasn't!). The local town, Saint Genis, was quaint and everyone was very friendly and helpful (we unfortunately had to visit the pharmacy a couple of times). Argeles and Collioure were only 15-20 mins drive away, very easy to get to with loads of nice restaurants to check out and my Dad enjoyed his daily morning swim at the peaceful Plage du Racou. All in all it was a great stay at the Villa. One small note, it would have been nice to have had towels provided for the stay, we bought some in the supermarket. Other than that, perfect!

Pleasant house. The garden and swimming pool are very well maintained and very pleasant. Close to a multitude of places to discover. Mr. Roux is very kind and very welcoming. I would recommend it.
