If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

Perfect location - not far from A3(M) and completely within walking distance of the train station. The annex itself was well equipped and spotless. Kevin personally welcomed us and left milk, tea, coffee and biscuits etc for us to use. Hosts were easy to communicate with and were responsive. Easy recommendation from me!

Loved our stay at Little Gaff! Beautiful cabin with everything you could want for a comfortable stay! The breakfast foodstuffs that Lorraine provided were great and the additional treats were a great surprise! Really comfy bed and wonderful smellies provided in the bathroom! Lovely walks on the doorstep and only a short drive to Emsworth. Highly recommend.

The location is strategic as it is right in the town centre within walking distance to most amenities. We love the location! The apartment is accurately described as it is. It is very clean as one would expect. We love the space it offered. Even though it is right in the middle of the town centre, we could hardly hear any traffic noise. The surrounding is so peaceful and quiet. The host, Nigel, has been extremely kind in reaching out to us proactively with relevant information before and during our stay. We felt well supported. Thank you. Overall very positive experience and highly recommended. We would happily stay here again if opportunity arises.
