The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

The Folly

Easy access to the Hampshire country side close to Rowlandscastle village. Within easy reach of the coast lots of local walks. Next door to Staunton country park 18 mins from Hayling Island and 25 mins from Goodwood, Portsmouth and Southsea . 10 mins from South downs national park. Sleep in a comfortable American queen size bed. Outside sitting area overlooking a large field which usually has sheep and or cows plus the occasional deer. Plenty of local places to eat ask for recommendations.
