Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, örtliche Infrastruktur und die Therme "Aqua Dome" sind fußläufig binnen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 1. Stock und besteht aus einer eingerichteten Wohnküche, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und einem Zimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch.(Gesamtgröße 56m²)

We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm Sabine ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war sauber, genau wie beschrieben, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders praktisch war die nahegelegene Bushaltestelle, sodass wir uns problemlos fortbewegen konnten. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Wir haben uns in Melanies Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Lage ist gut, da man schnell zu Fuß in der Stadtmitte ist und auch von der Unterkunft aus Wanderungen unternehmen kann. Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an der Straße, man hört die Autos bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber nicht stark. Der von Melanie empfohlene Hofladen ist hervorragend und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht.

Agnes is great! She’s always available to help in case of any questions. The apartment is excellent and extremely clean with all we need to cook. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the bus stop and supermarket. My ski trip to Sölden was great and part of that was because of the Agnes’s apartment!
