Monthly Rentals in Lamington

An absolutely perfect stay at June’s lovely property in Lanark. June was a great host and was there to meet us and show us around upon arrival. The photos really don’t do justice to how nice this place is, and it definitely ranks up there with the best we have stayed in, possibly the best when price is taken into consideration. Really well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable and with a lovely garden and a parking space right outside the door. Locally, there are amazing walks to the Falls of Clyde and around Lanark, while the shops and restaurants are only a couple of hundred meters away, as is the station with trains into Glasgow every half hour. On the fine days we enjoyed glorious walks locally, and on the rainy ones we trundled around the art galleries and museums of Glasgow and so were never short of something to do.

Great location close to countryside and the town, shops and restaurants. The cabin had everything you could need, impressive for such a small space. the bed was amazingly comfortable. thanks for a great stay!

The accommodation was perfect it had absolutely everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and relaxed in the cottage. We couldn't fault it at all. The location is ideal to visit Edinburgh and Glasgow along with the Borders. There is also plenty of parking and it is in a quiet area so you won't be disturbed by the traffic. Julie and Mike are the perfect hosts and are available if you need anything. We would very much like to re-visit as we enjoyed it so much even in the rain :-) .

Lovely little hut deep into the woods. The weather held up mostly while I was there and I throughly enjoyed my semi wild wee in the morning listening to the birds (having lavender on the floor was such a great idea, lovely smell in the loo). About 45-60 minutes from Edinburgh where I spent the day. Everything was beautifully made and was a lovely relaxing few days listening to the wind and birds. The view from the bedroom window was lovely to wake up to.
