Adorable little house in a quiet neighborhood close to great coffee shops and restaurants, we enjoyed walking around the area. Home is very well maintained, pristinely clean and welcoming. Thanks for making our short trip to Long Beach even more enjoyable.

I’m extremely satisfied with John’s beautiful house, and I can say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in LA among all of my 17 LA trips. My parents were so obsessed with John’s place and they said they wanna stay here forever. John’s place was so clean, bright, and prestige, which was exactly matched with the pictures. John was also being very responsive and friendly (always reply less than 10 mins). Nice place and totally worthy!

We had an amazing weekend! We had our micro wedding here and everyone said they wished it was their home. The space was beautiful to begin with and easy to add personal touches to the backyard for the wedding. Unexpected Bonus: There was a simple wooden arch already in the backyard too that we added fabric and flowers to. Everything about the space was well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend for families wanting a personal and private place for a space to celebrate. Erica is an amazing host! Super responsive and proactive- will make you feel at ease. Can’t say enough how wonderful the space and the weekend was for my family and I!

Tamara's place was even better than I expected from the photos! There was plenty of room for my family and I to spread out separately or watch a movie together. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. I loved the patio, especially the adorable kitty that came to visit almost immediately after we sat down. The host even provided us with several sweet and savory snacks! Perfect after a long day of travel. We couldn't be happier! The only small wrinkle we experienced was the sink in the main bathroom that didn't drain properly, but it was just a minor inconvenience. Absolutely no complaints otherwise. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

This house is BEAUTIFUL. The backyard is gorgeous, the layout makes every bedroom quiet, the living room is cozy. The host is super responsive and flexible. We loved it!

This was a perfect location for us as we helped move our daughter out of UCI. We loved being able to walk to yummy eats at diamond jamboree and run along the path. This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

We LOVED staying at Wendy’s place. It was exactly how it look in the picture but even better. I love that it had a gated parking lot with a designated parking and the neighborhood was safe. It was easy to get in and out. I would definitely book Wendy’s place again! Communication was amazing too!

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. beautiful home with tons of fun for kids and adults. home was extremely comfortable with very high comfort beds and bedding and lots of extra sleeping areas. very well set up with everyone in mind. jacuzzi only goes to 99° but was still relaxing. some privacy around jacuzzi would be nice but the scenery from the jacuzzi is gorgeous. lots of skylights and natural lighting. Great place to spend time with family and not worry about electronics. highly recommend staying here Gabriella is a great host who responds right quickly

The most perfect cozy getaway in the California mountains. The bed was amazingly comfy. The details in the home including firewood, stuff to make smores, games, kids books, and kitchen/restroom essentials were a plus. Very close to cafés and shops. The host was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely return!

Jenny’s home was everything she described it to be. She was very welcoming and she communicated with us the entire time!

Arlene was amazing. Always responded quickly when I had questions and she made us feel right at home. We had this lovely cottage in the woods to ourselves and our fur babies loved every minute of it. I highly recommend 😊❤️

My sister and I come to LA every summer. This was a great place to stay. Echo park- stone’s throw from silver lake. Amazing walks. Pete’s cabin was cool and quiet. Just what we needed.

The cabin was great. We really appreciated the little details put in by the hosts that made our stay much more enjoyable. Communication was great and hosts responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. Two (minor) things that keep me from giving the place a perfect rating are the dog hair. I understood that the place was pet friendly but we did encounter a bit of dog hair on the floors, couches, and some of the throw blankets. Also the tv remote for the living room tv was in rough shape and made using the tv a bit frustrating at times. Again, these two things did not ruin the trip at all but worth noting. Overall it was a great family trip and we would definitely recommend the cabin to any one of our friends.

Stayed for a fantastic week on a solo music writing retreat. The home felt immediately warm and cozy. It has incredible light, great airy ventilation, I loved waking up to the birds, and watching the gorgeous sunset-sky out the big windows. Quiet and minimalist, it has a perfect nook to set up my instruments. The best and biggest thing - Melissa really takes great care of the space and guests. The cute kitchen packs a punch - it's fully stocked with sharp knives, ample spices, oils, pans, bakeware, and she even provided specific cookware I asked for because I knew I'd be cooking a lot. The chocolate chip cookie mix, doggie treats/toys, marshmallows/hot cocoa, birdseeds, self-timed night lights, robe/slippers/goodies, yoga mats.. these were touches that really made me feel welcomed. I didn't have to think about packing anything extra other than music gear and my maker mindset. Loved walking in town daily, but honestly didn't leave the place much 'cause it's so lovely. Highly Recommend!
