It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

Such a cute place ! The private patio area was really nice. It was also great having a garage to park in. Long Beach is infamous for parking so having a guaranteed spot is such a plus. There's also so many great places to eat near by. I highly recommend Jesse's place if you are going to Long Beach.

This place was such a gem! Got to meet the hosts and they were so sweet and and helpful. If you're anywhere near Ocean Ave for the weekend and need a peaceful little oasis, this is your spot! Comfortable, inviting place once you walk in and such a convenient walk to downtown area. Will definitely be booking again!

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

Perfect spot for our needs. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery, and shops yet secluded and private. Darla was super helpful and responsive and helped make our first trip to the area a good experience.

We had two enjoyable stays at The Oregon Landing before and after visiting Universal Studios, Aquarium of the Pacific, Disneyland, and Disney California Adventure Park. The food and entertainment nearby at Shoreline Village were really good. We even made a quick trip to Mother’s Beach for an hour. Ian’s communication was top notch. Loved the on-site laundry machines and espresso maker.

This is a great Airbnb - quiet, well located and spacious. It was very clean and well equipped. There are many nearby grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing trip! Steven was a great host, very responsive and welcoming. The property was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family getaway. One of the biggest highlights was the backyard. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, which was a huge plus for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The house was easy to find and in.a great location. It was very clean and everything was labeled, so the pots, pans, lights,etc.. were easy to access. The only thimg missing was an outdoor seating area to enjoy the sun.

Mila was a fantastic host. No detail was overlooked, the home was spotless and had every amenity you can imagine. The beach, the views and sunsets are unsurpassed. Every room has a full view of the beach & you cannot help but be relaxed. If you are considering Mila’s home for a vacation do not hesitate, jump on this right away. You will not regret it. Every request we threw at Mila was met with thoughtful consideration and in every case we were accommodated. We have stayed at a number of different Airbnb’s, this is by far the nicest property and best host we have ever experienced. We used the home as our headquarters for our wedding weekend, this included having a few visitors and every single one was over the top impressed with this home. You cannot go wrong staying here no matter how long or short your stay. We did not want to leave. Thank you Mila for adding so much to our weeding weekend!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

I travel a lot for work and I will definitely be checking to see if Luis’s home is available whenever I’m in town. I loved the classic historical building, the price was perfect, and the place really had charm. Not only that, it was a perfect apartment for a short stay solo. The kitchen was clean, the bathroom was well organized, and the bed had such a comfy feeling like I was crawling into a fluffy cave. I loved waking up in the morning and sitting on the balcony with a coffee. Bring beans to grind!

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.
