Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk), in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, just 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Open the doors and the large and surrounding wooden terrace becomes the outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to a drink at sunset without losing sight of the lake.

This cozy tiny house is located right on a lake. You will spend your vacation on the idyllic property of a historic water mill in the middle of nature. There is a permaculture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes. If you want to go from nature to the big city, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.

The quiet 2-room apartment is located in picturesque Störmthal in close proximity to Leipzig. Within walking distance you can reach the lake, which offers many leisure activities and beautiful beaches. In 10 minutes you can reach the city center of Leipzig, where there is plenty to discover. The apartment has a large terrace and the garden can also be used. Here you can end the evenings comfortably with a glass of wine or a barbecue.

A lovingly modernized trailer could be your next exciting stop to explore the beautiful area around Lake Zwenkau, discover Leipzig, switch off for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2 x 2 m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall protection for toddlers can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided. Thanks to its integrated heating, the trailer is also well equipped for fall and winter.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
