Authentic German housing, efficient and very functional. Close walk to the S Bahn, but also easy parking in your own place, and very close to Leipzig, with lots to do and see in this suburb. Very quiet, slept great!!

The apartment is really great: great location, great furnishings, including everything you need for kitchen use - to feel good immediately! The communication with Moritz went smoothly, promptly, very friendly and the questions/concerns could usually be clarified immediately. The few pieces of cutlery will certainly be replenished after our note and the bumpy Wi-Fi incl. faltering TV use is also sometimes bearable. We would book this place again:)

We were in Leipzig for four days with our two children (5 and 8 years old). The apartment had all the amenities you could want. In the kitchen there was tea, salt and pepper, plenty of dishes and pots. Roller blinds were also available, you could darken the apartment well. There were also plenty of towels. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Jens' mother greeted us in a very friendly way and was always approachable and helpful. The area is very quiet and beautifully close to the lakes and also to Belantis. Highly recommended and happy to come back!

Pierre is extremely accommodating and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely decorated, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return to Pierre's at any time! Simply recommended!

It was really nice all around! The only thing that was not so clear to us in advance was the fact that there are two tiny houses and you may also have to reckon with another couple and thus have to agree on when to use the sauna and hot tub. City loft above the rooftops of Leipzig's center

We felt unanimously comfortable in the fantastically beautiful and quiet yet centrally located accommodation of Nils-Julius. The apartment is very nice and high-quality, everything you need is available. Communication with Nils-Julius went great, he has great tips for things to do and places to eat. If we come back to Leipzig, we would definitely book the apartment again!
