The house was great! Had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved using the hot tube every night to relax after work. Definitely would stay again!

This is definitely the best stay we have ever had in Dallas. The host is incredibly conscientious and anytime there was an issue. He was quick to address it. The backyard is a wonderful private oasis. The pool was warm and the beds were comfortable. There’s also a generous size TV in the living room. Overall, we will stay here absolutely every time we have the opportunity.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The house had everything we needed, including both espresso and coffee machines, which was a nice touch. TVs in every room made it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space. The heated pool was a huge plus, especially for evening swims. Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient—Tom Thumb’s, Chipotle, and Starbucks were just 3 minutes away. Perfect for families, we would definitely stay here again!

This place was just as incredible as the pictures. Everything was clean and available. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, game room were all operational and fun. Jake and Valentina are incredibly cordial and responsive. My children LOVED this place. Would definitely come back again. All families who are traveling to Dallas should consider this location.

Perfect distance from Grandscapes. Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Marissa was very helpful and communicative. Would recommend this house to anyone.

This was the best air bnb I have stayed at thus far ! Perfect location - beautiful home! The hot tub , pool, and pool table were awesome to have ! Was very spacious and had all essentials that were needed !!!!!! Easy check out instructions as well! Highly recommend and will definitely be our go to when we are in the ft worth area !

My family visited this property for a spring break “staycation” and never had to leave to find entertainment by taking advantage of all the amenities. It is definitely a retreat. The house is fully stocked with everything you will need. I even brought my own yoga mat and was pleasantly surprised to see that there were a couple already on site! The place was immaculate upon arrival and welcoming. All the sitting and sleeping furniture were very comfortable. The hosts were always quick to respond in a helpful and friendly manner. I highly recommend this property!

The house was great! Super clean and has everything you need. It is in a great location and super close to AT&T Stadium. There are lots of eateries in the area and the neighborhood was safe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Cozy is a good description for this place. We had a nice stay while briefly in town for a concert. It looks just as the pictures show and as the description says. Short drive to AT&T Stadium, although we walked relatively easily (25-30 mins). Eduardo was helpful and responsive with any questions we had.

Loved staying here. Perfect little bungalow for my business trip. Just off of Lovers Lane for quick access to where I needed to be. No issues with checkin or checkout. Clean as could be. Will stay here again! Highly recommend.

What a FUN stay! Paul's place has something for EVERYONE. We had a family spring break getaway here with multi-generations. All of the host's games inspired a family Olympics tournament that everyone from the age of 6 to 78 were excited about and fully committed to (outfits, trophies, rings, etc.). The house was comfortable and spacious, but the outdoors and amenities of this airbnb are STELLAR! We spent most of our time outside in the swim spa and hot tub, on the basketball court, and in the game room barn. The neighbors longhorns would come to the fence line every evening at sunset and that was something we would look forward to. Paul was an excellent host and communicated quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place for a fun getaway. Our entire family had a great time.

We stayed at Birdsong Retreat for a family wedding. It was great for what we needed. However, the neighborhood was run down. Also, the back yard needs to be replanted. There’s no grass as pictured.

It was great better than the pictures the weather was nice and sunny the water was amazing but at night there was a bad storm but it was nice I would go again

Considering that I reserved the place only a few days prior, everything was excellent. The house was beautiful and the pool and hot tub pristine. The view in mid-spring is incredible. And everything was so quiet.

I really enjoyed the place, it was peaceful and quiet. very nice neighborhood. I felt secure and at home. it was perfect size for me and my wife. alot of stores close by to get any amenities..it is a nice place and I would stay there again. Our stay was relaxing and the home was impeccably maintained. We were close to downtown and to our friends; it was so convenient. It was so nice to come downstairs to the kitchen in the morning and have morning coffee sitting outside on the porch. It was one of our best stays in Denison and we will be back!!!

Great place to stay. Wish there was a bigger seating sofa in the living space. The water sprinkler at the entrance is protruding and we tripped on it in the night and the bushes at the entrance needs some trimming. Other than this, the home is great with nice big backyard.

Had a great time here in Dallas! The house was great and had everything our group needed. The location was nice and there was a lot to do in the area. The neighborhood is very lively and felt like everyone knew each other :). Micah was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend !!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this Airbnb with my family. A lot of time and effort was put into making this place a very comfortable and inviting family, friendly atmosphere. The shower is amazing and the hot tub is a super plus in my opinion. The outdoor area really just blew my husband and myself away. It was so inviting and welcoming. It was an easy place to hang out with our son and have a family meal. We loved our stay.
