Monthly Rentals in Lake of Egypt

Our stay at this lake house was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The living room’s large windows, provided breathtaking views of the lake. It had every appliance and utensil we needed, along with thoughtful extras like spices, oil, and coffee filters. The bathrooms were equipped with ample towels and toiletries. We enjoyed peaceful mornings on the deck, sipping coffee, cruising the lake, and watching the wildlife. The quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!!

Kenneth’s cabin was even better in person, and a peaceful retreat to come back to after full days of exploring southern Illinois. Lots of hooks and outlets are some of the thoughtful details. The location down a secluded lane was just what we like. Kenneth and Diane were both responsive and friendly. They even happily accommodated an unexpected request. We highly recommend and would like to visit again.

We loved the house! Everything was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook & more! There was a basket of snacks to welcome us which was perfect& so appreciated, games to play & extra blankets. Make sure to take time to sit on the deck & enjoy the view, there’s even a cute playhouse for the kids. We pulled in & met Sara’s dad, he was so sweet & welcoming. We felt like we were home & seen family. The house was very clean which was so comforting! The neighborhood was quiet, & beautiful. Sara immediately answered anytime I reached out. We had plenty of room & were sad to leave for home. We can’t wait to go back! 10 Stars!

This home is so beautiful, clean, spacious and the location is great! We loved that we were able to bring our boat and use the dock. We had the best time! Would highly recommend. :)
