Lake house vacation rentals in Lake Moultrie

Hopes place was the perfect spot. I think we have found our new vacation place on the lake! My wife and I enjoyed it very much.

The house was great super comfortable clean and a really nice place. Love the location and the ability to fish. This place is perfect if you want family time, we were able to stay at the house and enjoy fishing, grilling, pool table, cards, tv and only a little over an hour away from the back. Kathy was an outstanding host very accommodating. We could not have asked for a better host and her property. Will definitely look her up when we return and as for there property we put our boats in the water when we arrive and never took it out the water other than to fuel out. The property was close enough to John C Landing that we went by water during practice and the tournament awesome place.

Wonderful stay, peaceful location, outstanding views. House was very clean, and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Loved the back porch, games, and private dock and boat ramp.

Kimberly is the sweetest lady and their home is beautiful and CLEAN! The pool was the right call after being on the swamp all day. We are grateful to have stayed at this home and would highly recommend!

This place felt very at home and cozy, I can’t express how child friendly the space was. The downstairs bathroom with the bathtub was AMAZING. The water pressure in the showers was fantastic. The view was beautiful in the backyard and everything was pretty well maintained. I would definitely recommend this stay especially to anyone who has children

The cottage is in a great location by the river. The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in this great place. We will definitely come back.

Thank you for sharing your unique little slice of the Low Country with us at the “Riverhouse Retreat on the Edisto. This well equipped property has everything you could want, including a wonderful river view, to make for an enjoyable stay. We found, nearby, the Cottageville Good Eats to be a great local restaurant with sandwiches, pizza and a fun Karaoke night. We were left a delicious Quiche, Applesauce Spice Bread and the special treat for our dog. Also, fresh eggs which made for a great breakfast. The hospitality and communication from our host found at “Riverhouse Retreat” will spoil you as it is far above what you will find at most other AirBnB’s.

The house was as advertised. It was right on the lake. The dock had a beautiful view of the lake. The house was well maintained and looked like the pictures. The showers were a little tight, but overall the house was great. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip down to Lake Marion.

Beautiful get away spot! Perfect location for the boat ramp.

The perfect stay! Beautiful lake, clean and gorgeous house, quiet neighborhood and amazing bang for your buck. We've stayed at a dozen Air B&B's and this was top 3! Plenty of space for our family of 5 (though could have EASILY fit another 3-5 guests). Never felt like we were falling over one another. Great fishing location (though we only caught one fish, haha), calm waters and breathtaking sunrise/sets. About an hour drive from the beach at Charleston (highly suggest Folly Beach). Morgan was responsive when we had questions and was always super kind.

The host was great and the place was as described. We had enough space for everyone to sleep. I wish we had more time to enjoy the water but our schedule did not allow.

Place was very nice. Convenient for our bass tournament. Carlos was an excellent host.

Spacious and comfortable for our group of 6. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, the back porch had lovely view of the river and was large, breezy, and comfortable with fans. The beds were comfortable with fresh soft linens. Audrey was very responsive to questions but everything worked and we had no issues during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It had everything you could ask for in a rental. Best place we have rented in the last 20 years and hope to return again. Just bring your food and relax. The neighbors were very nice and helpful also. Thanks for letting us stay.

Lees place was everything and beyond as described! The house was clean and the pictures didn’t do it justice. This house was the perfect get away for our yearly family vacation! The neighborhood was super welcoming and enjoyable. It was a huge plus that dollar general was just a golf cart ride away. The water view was perfect. The doc was plenty big enough for our pontoon and my husbands bowfishing boat to be docked during our whole stay with plenty of room available. Parking in the yard was phenomenal. We were able to unhook our trailers and push them to the side so we could come and go as needed. And the front gate made us feel secure. During our stay we had a bit of bad weather and Lee was extremely kind and checked in on us to ensure our safety. I can’t express how much this house made us feel like home! 10/10 book this house because you won’t regret it!

Beautiful, BEAUTIFUL, location. Cabin had all the amenities you could need and then some. Very quiet and clean. Best Air BnB that we have ever stayed in. Worth it in every way. 10/10 would recommend. Hosts were kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Christine and Jon were amazing hosts! The house is older but very well taken care of with beautiful decor and furnishings. The location is beautiful and people are great. Check out the Lake House restaurant, about 20 mins away!

I could write paragraphs about how much my husband and I enjoyed staying at Saundra's place! What a hidden gem. The location was incredible - very close to Low Falls Landing so it was convenient to put the boat in and out and a very short boat ride to Saundra's dock. The house - We have never felt more comfortable in a rental! Of course, we brought our own bed linens as requested, but everything else we needed and more was at the home. The home is very eclectic and cozy and has been very well taken care of. The fishing - wonderful! Such a beautiful and special area with the flooded cypress forests and Spanish moss. If you are looking to live like "Where the Crawdads Sing", this is the place - but bring bug spray! Thank you, Saundra, for being an incredible host. We will absolutely be back!
