Monthly Rentals in Lake Mathews

I felt very safe and peaceful! I'm in the middle of a huge life transition and needed to stop in Riverside for a 6 week onboarding training at my newest work. Through a ton of chaos and turmoil in my life, this was a very quiet and cozy spot to rest. While the location is very close to a lot of hustle and bustle, it was super quiet and peaceful. Communication with Alexandre was super easy and friendly. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE! It was so easy to fall asleep even with all the stress going on. Plenty of space just for me. The only downside is that I like to cook, and there is no kitchen. I was able to make do with a toaster oven and an InstaPot. It was difficult doing dishes in the bathroom sink. But despite that, I would definitely stay here again!

Vivian's place was perfect for my visit. I had a longer stay as I was finalizing a move out of the area. There were a lot of moving parts, and Vivian was patient with me through it all. It's in a great area, close to parks, very reasonably priced. Vivian was also the most gracious host I found in terms of service animals. She let me and my pup stay without issue. We'll definitely be back!

Second stay here and will stay again any chance I get! They’re awesome hosts and beautiful, clean place. Feels very comfortable and welcomed. All the photos are very accurate and I had everything I needed. Thank you!

Stayed at Olga’s listing for 4-1/2 months while waiting for our home to be ready. Was quiet, very private and had everything we needed. She was always responsive with any needs and would definitely recommend this listing.
