Our cozy cottage is small, making it perfect for solo travelers or couples passing through the historic area of Riverside. The home includes a full sized memory foam bed, A/C & heating unit, printer/fast Wi-Fi, Cable TV, 55” Roku Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with all cookware and basic spices, plush linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry basket with onsite washer/dryer (in garage), and keyless entry.

A spacious bedroom is designed with a queen bed and accompanied by a nightstand and dresser. Light enters through large doors that lead to a small outdoor seating area. A desk is positioned against the wall, and two cozy chairs are placed in the corner.

You can utilize the kitchen where we supply basic spices, kitchen supplies, several different baking pans, blender, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, keurig coffee, tea, ice, cream & sugar, and a fridge/freezer. Guests have their own separate fast wifi & Roku TV. The private bedroom has black out curtains. Soap/shampoo, towels, makeup towel available.
