We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Remodeled home on Lake Allatoona - only land between our home and the lake is property owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. You can walk down to the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds. Speaking of sounds you will faintly hear train horns on occasion throughout the day and night (sound travels across the lake). The house is open and bright, it faces South so plenty of light even in winter. Enjoy sitting on the deck or in the covered patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

3 goat kids born Jan 22nd! Come see them, as they grow up fast! Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 3 goats, Dori, her older daughter Mocha, and 3 baby goats born Jan 22nd!
