In winter, the slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking area is right in front of the house.

This allows you to enjoy the special feeling of a real second home in the mountains. The apartment has character, high-quality details and a roof terrace. Plenty of space for up to 8 people in 2 bedrooms and 2 comfortable sofa beds. Ideally located between the Mayrhofen and Zillertal Arena ski areas. Ski bus and train stop right outside the door.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen seperaten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe oberhalb von Ramsau und gehört zu Hainzenberg. Am Fuße der Anhöhe sind zahlreiche Geschäfte und Bushaltestellen. Zu Fuss sind das ca. 300 Meter. Im Winter fährt von hier aus auch der Skibus zur Horbergbahn und zur Zillertal Arena.
