A truly amazing and well thought out villa worked really well for our recent holiday! The rooms were lovely and spacious and the outside space was amazing! Perfect for our 3 families and children. The location of the house provided us with access to the local beaches and really enjoyed the evening stroll/ bike ride into the main town where we enjoyed meals out in the restaurants. The pool was outstanding for both adults and children and provided hours of fun! Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another holiday.

We had a pleasant stay in this house with exceptional services (the house has quality amenities). An owner takes great care of his hosts. The accommodation is close to the port beach, shops and market. Everything is there for a dream vacation.

A dream house, everything is simple and convenient. An ideal location for discovering the island of Oleron by bike and on foot. We'll be happy to go back. Special dedication to Floriane who always responded to our needs with a big smile.

We spent a wonderful ten day vacation in Manuel’s home. The house was perfect for our needs: very clean, lots of space for our big group, beautiful kitchen and courtyard, great outdoor space (pool and basketball hoop!) and a study with a piano. A delight. We appreciated the location next to the market and a short walk to the beach (15min) as well as its proximity to a free parking area. Quick answers to our questions. Good wifi. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back

Fantastic holiday, stunning villa and really well equipped. We loved the pool and bbq was great too. Excellent location with easy access on bike to Saint Martin de Ré and also great beaches like Gros Joncs. Sad to leave!

We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

This rental for the WE absolutely delighted us. The house has all the necessary amenities and is well laid out. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are very nice and everything was as described. The hosting was very warm and Laetitia was extremely responsive. We already want to come back!

We stayed in this listing for 4 days to celebrate the new year, there were 10 of us + a baby. The house is spacious, everyone had their space and privacy. The stay is very large and very pleasant, especially for rainy days. Many board games and activities (foosball, darts, ping pong table) are offered, as well as a large number of bikes and helmets for walks! We had a small heating problem, but Gaspard was very responsive. Traveling with a baby, and in the absence of a changing table in the house, Gaspard also offered to buy one to equip the accommodation on our arrival, thank you very much for that! The house is ideally located, close to La Rochelle and the Île de Ré bridge. We all loved our stay, we'll keep the contact details safe and will be happy to go back!

Excellent quiet stay in this large house, very convenient with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms away from the living room. Very well equipped and functional kitchen. The beach is accessible on foot after a walk in the pine forest.

Very nice house, very clean with quality amenities. Quiet place. We encountered a small problem with the pool and Thibaut was very responsive in trying to resolve the problem remotely , even if the problem was not completely resolved, but we were able to enjoy it and have a good holiday.

Family stay with 6 adults and 1 child (30 months). Beautiful house not overlooked in a quiet residential area. Pros: Self check-in. Pleasant and spacious living room, what it takes for the little ones (umbrella beds, high chair and even waking mat), Heated and good-sized pool, Sufficient and comfortable outdoor furniture. Aldi 2 steps away, green coulee 5 minutes away with children's play areas, beach 30/35 minutes walk. Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for this great week in Vert Bois Oleron The house is as described and very equipped , no lack to report The pool is delicious like the garden ,you feel quiet and privacy . The location is perfect access to the green wood beach, where we were able to do surfing courses By bike , via bike path in the immediate vicinity, there are 15 minutes -20 minutes with children , to the center of Dolus-d'Oléron St Trojan, or the cotton plant which are charming . Super U or Intermarché 5- 10 minute drive for shopping A great location We'll be back! Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for the responsiveness . See you soon

I spent two days with my family in the villa and everything went very well. Marion is really adorable, very accommodating on arrival time and always available as needed. The villa is a warm place, perfect for spending good times with family. I recommend it 1000% and if I go back to the area, I will come back without hesitation!

Beautiful home in Loix. Walkable to town center for the market, restaurants. Loix is quiet and peaceful and the busier villages are easily accessible by bicycle. Pool is lovely. Would happily stay again!
