Very nice property with a large garden within the walls in the city of ST MARTIN The hosts are very friendly and communication is ideal. Located in a closed area so away from traffic which is very nice for a quiet stay and very close to all activities St MARTIN is the ideal epicenter for all bike rides in addition to being the city with the FLEET which is the most lively out of season in summary: perfect stay, time stood still Thanks to KARINA and YANNICK

Wonderful home where the smallest detail has been thought out to feel at home. We recharged in this little corner of paradise. Martine and Eric are extremely nice and concerned about hosting (delicate touches left in the accommodation for example). A big THANK YOU we will definitely be back :-))

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

Our stay at Cynthia and Nicolas's went very well. The house is very nice, with neat decor, very well-equipped. Kids loved the trampoline. The hot tub is a plus too. The proximity to sea is really nice. We'll be happy to rent again if the opportunity arises again.

Very nice cottage, with 3 large bedrooms, ideal for 3 couples, quietly located in a peaceful and green environment. Louis is very kind, accommodating and available. We had a great weekend with friends. The many games (ping pong, pétanque...) and jacuzzi are a plus! Thank you!!

We had a pleasant stay, the house is very well equipped if you have a toddler there is everything you need and the kitchen is very complete you can really cook. The accommodation is right next to a small square with all amenities. We loved the island of Ré and had a pleasant stay.

The expression "like at home" lends itself perfectly to our feeling. Everything was great. Aurélie was responsive, friendly and accommodating. Thank you for everything.

We had a great time , the neighborhood is very peaceful . The house is bright, well equipped, the host Guillaume is available and very nice . The nearby bike path is a plus for safe driving with 3 children aged 9.7 and 3. The beaches are close and perfect for a bodyboard initiative.

We were delighted with our stay at Aurélie's . The accommodation perfectly matched what we expected , a beautiful interior , a covered terrace perfect for meals and aperitifs , and the must have pool! The kids were thrilled and so were we! Thanks to Aurélie for her welcome , availability and also for her attention at the end of the stay 😁 Thanks also to her for accepting pets, it was a plus for us . We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation is in a very good location, quiet and functional. We had a great time there. Didier was responsive to our messages, accommodating our arrival time and good tips for walks, restaurants… in the surrounding area. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a lovely week at Patricia and Joël's. The cottage is superb with its garden and pool. Patricia and Joel are charming and very welcoming. A property to keep in mind.

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

Brigitte is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The accommodation is very convenient, well located, close to the port and shops on foot. The residence is very quiet and with private parking, it is ideal.

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

We had a great time at this place, for which we were hosted very well by Lydie. The accommodation is impeccable and matches the description and the private pool is a real plus

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊
