It was a wonderful week at the house by the lake. Plenty of space, lots of privacy, great nature and tranquility. Possibilities for bathing, canoeing or for the campfire. The host was always available for written communication. Highly recommended!

Great location. Walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. Apartment has plenty of room but double bedroom is small. No TV reception unless you stream your own. Instructions were clear and communication was good. Maria is a great host. Hope to visit again.

Wonderful,elegantly decorated small studio apartment right by the sea. Easy to cook. Beautiful bathroom. The ocean view is bonus,and nice to enjoy. We took long walks after the sea, and enjoyed the stillness and tranquility. This home is highly recommended by us.

We felt very comfortable. The location is bombastic to walk to the beach. Since we were outside all day anyway, we don't need much space. And the weather was very warm at the time of our stay, so unfortunately we didn't need the welcoming sauna at all! Always happy to...

Great house at a fantastic location. Well-equipped and very well adapted for children. Nice pool. Big plus there is a bathroom in the guest houses. Communication with Andreas was smooth and good. We can really recommend this nice place.

We were six girls renting Katarina's place for a weekend and we had a fantastic stay. Katarina gave us clear instructions before check-in, which made everything flow very well. The area was quiet and peaceful, but at the same time within walking distance to most things we needed. Thank you for letting us rent from you Katarina. We will definitely come back!

To be honest, the photos and description didn’t do the house justice - it was larger than expected. We really enjoyed the pool and outside terrace when the weather allowed it. Jennifer was very responsive to all our needs & questions! Top notch place - would strongly recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb house in Sweden and it was a fantastic experience. The location is good – very quiet and secluded, ideal for anyone who wants to get away from it all and relax. The house itself is cozy, well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The absolute highlight is the private pool, which gave us a lot of joy on the sunny days. You also have plenty of room for ball games with a large lawn area. Only the ping pong table is a bit outdated. The hosts were very friendly and attentive, were available for questions and made the stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting.

We travelled as a family of 6 - grandparents, parents and 2 children and had an a wonderfully relaxing time at Asa & Stefan’s house. The house is as described and really well equipped. The swimming pool was a big hit and we all enjoyed our evening walks to the beach. We hadn’t realised how quiet the area would be in the middle of August but it still suited us well - except it was difficult to hire bikes for our small children. If we come again we would make sure to book well in advance. Everything at the house was made very easy and thoughtful and meant we could all relax and enjoy ourselves. Really nice place to stay. We stayed for two nights. Very well cleaned and all facilities are there. Great decorations and paintings. We see owner feelings here. Nice sea view from windows. Walkable distance to beach .

A paradise for the children!! And the adults don't get shorted either. The location is great, overlooking the mighty Hallandsås. The garden behind the house offers plenty of space for children. And the extra sleeping house gives the children their own little world. The infrastructure is good. The train station is within walking distance. The sea, of course (on the beach you really only meet a few people). The bus goes directly from the train station to the city center of Båstad. There are many restaurants there. You can also take the bus to Torekov, a picturesque place. The available bicycles are enough to get to the supermarket. And fishing spots are everywhere. The house is very spacious due to the conservatory. We had sunny evenings, so it's really nice to sit there. The bathroom looks very modern and is larger than you would think. In some cases, the ceilings are a bit low, so people over 6'2" should be careful. But that's not a problem. The photos look much smaller than the reality!

Nice and clean place with a great location. Due to the recommendation of a guest in front of us, we also had dinner at the beach on the permanently installed seating groups. Very romantic.

Cozy cottage very well planned for the small area, comfortable with dishwasher and washing machine. Nice area and close to the beach. Well worth a visit .

It is a cozy beach house with breathtaking sea views. Even in rainy weather, it was very cozy to watch the waves from inside with tea. :-) A tip: Those who are sensitive to brightness should pack a sleeping mask.

Staying with Anna and her family was a highlight of our vacation in Sweden: 3 nights in the mini log cabin, 5 minutes from the beach. There is no kitchen and no shower in the small house, but kettle and microwave were completely okay for us. The outdoor shower is currently in the garden behind the house; however, Anna would like to install it right next to the vacation home in the future. With a toddler (3), we felt very comfortable and welcome; bakery and ICA supermarket are within a few minutes' walk. Anna and her husband were super sweet, happy to come back! :)
