Easy to take public transport here. Grönkulla stop about 250 meters. Private entrance on the second floor (stairs) with a small wooden deck with dining table and chairs right outside the door.

This is a lovely cute little apartment with a kitchen, bathroom and living room with a double bed (140 cm). Renovated in 2025. The apartment has its own private entrance and is located in the corner of the property. You have access to your own patio and small grass patch. The accommodation is suitable for vacation, business travelers, cyclists passing along the Kattegattsleden. The apartment is only about 400 meters from the beach and 100 meters to the bus stop, with good connections to Laholm, Båstad and the train station CLEANING & BED LINEN INCLUDED

The Caretaker

Welcome to a historic environment with exclusive solutions. The old school was built almost 100 years ago and the apartment was then home to the janitor's family. The apartment consists of a hall, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment has a well thought-out floor plan with high ceilings, an old-fashioned pantry and a large wardrobe, which has been renovated with durable solutions. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified bedding. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

This special place is close to everything, the city center, bus station, the harbor with nice beach, tennis courts, nice hiking trails, golf, fishing etc. Great view from 80m2 large roof terrace with barbecue possibility, view of the whole of Båstad, the sea and Hallandsås. 40 m2 apartment for 3-4 people with 160 cm wide double bed and 140 cm wide sofa bed. Free parking outside the property line. Bring your own sheets and towels, otherwise they are available to borrow for SEK 150/person. Sheets for 160cm and 140cm wide bed.

Newly-built apartment. Fantastic view from the patio over Sweden's longest sandy beach (No sea view from the apartment). Beautiful location in the middle of a nature reserve with proximity to cycling and hiking trails. Wonderful sunsets, quiet and beautiful but still close to Båstad. There is a sleeping loft (two 90 cm floor mattresses) with room for two people. As well as a sofa bed (140 cm) for two people. Complete kitchen for simple cooking, wardrobe, toilet and shower. Keep in mind, there are stairs in the apartment.
