Full service is available at Mellbystrand's campsite about 100 meters away where you have access to all the facilities at the campsite. Equipped and planned to provide a comfortable vacation in a small space. A real vacation paradise for those who like to feel the sand between their toes and hear the sea roar. Electricity is available in the cabin, water is collected at the campsite, toilet/shower is available at the campsite. Guests clean before departure. Guests bring their own bed linens

Welcome to a peaceful home nestled in beautiful nature where you can relax, fish and hike. The cottage is located in the forest, with about 500 meters to Hultasjön where there is a swimming area with a small beach and jetties. In Hultasjön there is also the possibility to fish, guests can arrange a fishing license according to the instruction in the house manual. In the area there are several nice hiking trails in beautiful nature. Shops and service are within 10-15 minutes by car. There is also a wide range of different activities in the surrounding area.

The cottage in Stubbhult

Cozy vacation cottage on a secluded nature plot near a lake with a jetty. Here you are surrounded by both open pastures with grazing animals right up to the house. But also close to both forests, lakes and beaches. Proximity to Hallandsåsen where you can hike, bike or visit the adventure park in the summer. In winter, there is the possibility of alpine skiing. Drive to Markaryd and experience an elk safari. Swimming opportunities are available both in beautiful Knäred but also in Mellbystrand with its 12 km long sandy beach.

Villa Söderläget

Welcome to Villa Söderläget! A small house with great opportunities. Quiet area with lovely views to wake up to. Walking distance to Laholm city center and only a few minutes drive to both Melbystrand and Båstad. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen, fully-tiled bathroom and underfloor heating throughout the house. A loft of about 12 m2 with a 180x200 bed. Sofa bed for two people and air mattress for two people. Bed linen, i.e. sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as towels are available to rent if required.

We offer a home with 90 sqm of living space. Spacious areas both indoors and outdoors make this home perfect for both relaxation and social moments with family and friends – a place to enjoy year-round. Note: The pool is only open during the summer season.

Our idyll on Hallandsåsen, near lake and Vallåsen

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. In 2025, the cottage underwent a renovation where the conservatory has now become part of the living room, for a larger social space. Here is the forest just around the corner and only 350 meters to the lake where you can swim. For those who like hiking, there is Björsåkra nature reserve just a couple of km away. For those who want a little more speed and fan, there is Kungsbygget Adventure Park 3 km away and it is 8 km to Vallåsen bikepark.

Scenic modern country house

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Peaceful house among sheep, pastures and Swedish rural idyll

Welcome to our peaceful farm with blooming gardens, Falu-red houses and grazing sheep. You will live in a secluded cottage with the sheep meadow just outside the doorstep – only 300 meters to the lake and 20 minutes by car to the sea. The farm is carefully renovated with natural materials and recycled materials, and our small-scale crops follow the rhythm of the seasons. Here, there is a quiet calm that many guests highlight – perfect for those who seek nature, silence and simplicity.

Stay in a cozy log cabin in the middle of the forest, 100 meters from the lake! Beautiful surroundings, many places to walk and relax in nature both in summer and winter. Vallåsen Park, which offers one of the best bike parks in Sweden as well as ski and cross-country ski trails, is only 25 minutes from our cottage. The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.

Living in the countryside

The farm is located along the west coast and is located in the middle between Copenhagen and Gothenburg and 15 minutes to the sea. The property has two apartments with extra detached rooms for larger groups (see more specified below). There are larger common areas such as a large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for up to 25 guests and a large wooden deck just outside in a very pleasant garden to botanize in. Welcome to our cozy guest house in a classic Swedish rural idyll. Here you live simply but comfortably in an old brewery with its own entrance, kitchen and bedroom. The house is carefully renovated with clay, linseed oil and recycled materials for a natural and healthy feeling. On the farm there are sheep, cats and small farms, and just a short walk away await both forest and quiet lake.
