Makian's apartment was impeccably tidy and very cozy. Very good shower! Comfortable bed and bath linens. The apartment's windows are on the side, and it is possible to have a beautiful view of the beach. Very nice to admire. Bakery, restaurant, shops… and much more, are very close to the apartment. We were treated to some pampering and we were grateful for it! The garage was a differential for our stay. Makian was always quick to answer our questions. Everything went well and the stay was great!

I loved my stay at the apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of Floripa, with an incredible view of the Hercílio Luz bridge. The apartment is super comfortable, just like in the photos, and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. The supermarket is in the building, as well as several other shops and restaurants, which made everyday life much easier. Access to the building, apartment and parking space was super easy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

I will definitely come back more often, cozy apartment, clean and with a spectacular view! It was wonderful to sleep with the sound of the waves and with such a comfortable bed!

local town hall supplied our needs, good location, good condominium, suggestions: having a larger bin in the kitchen, because the one in the sink is not enough, to have a larger amount of toilet paper available and at least one disinfectant available to use in the bathroom for maintenance.

We had to leave our car on the street because it was a pickup truck, and squeeze into the apartment space, but without any major problems because the neighborhood is very quiet. We loved it, and we'll definitely be back next time!

This house was beautiful! The view from each room was stunning! We had a bird’s eye view of the birds and the beach. We had a lovely time going out to eat and eating in! The kitchen was very well stocked! I have a feeling we’ll be back!

This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs, which makes it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but that is just the impression given by the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and location were very good.

What a place! I fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very nicely decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back.

We loved staying at Ana Maria's apartment. Well located, halfway between the south of the island and the lagoon. Cozy, clean and organized apartment, by the lake, with swimming pools, one of which is thermal. We'll be back for sure

Myself and my family had a great experience. Rodrigo was very helpful and gave us all the information very clearly even before we arrived. The apartment is very nice, with good infrastructure, clean, comfortable and organized. The structure of the condominium is excellent too. We love everything.
