The perfect apartment, great location, to access the beach was just across the street, balcony with spacious barbecue, excellent cleaning, td according to the description and photos. I recommend

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor, heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season, it is open every day. As for the apartment, eating on the balcony looking at the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea lying in bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It's an excellent place to do home office. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We'll definitely be back again. We love it!!

The house is cute! Very whimsical at home detail. Small and cozy. It has an incredible balcony and it is possible to see the sunset. Various items and utensils. Check in and check out was super flexible. Silvia is nice and made us feel super comfortable.

Very good apartment, has sheets, bed linen and towels, has kitchen utensils, has laundry as a washing machine, and a dryer... The location is very good, it has bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bakeries, and the lagoon itself, everything can be reached on foot... The apartment has 2 floors and a staircase between them, I highly recommend care for those with small children

I loved the stay! João was super helpful in everything we needed. The apartment is extremely cozy and complete, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is large and spacious, the condominium has a market, a gym... Everything is of excellent quality. The location is great, short distance to the lagoon, downtown.. I will definitely come back other times.

The hotel is very cozy, beautiful pools, easy access to the beach, accommodation exactly as advertised, clean, and with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Boris was a great host, I recommend the stay!

The building in which the property is located has a very complete infrastructure, with a gym, sauna, co-working, swimming pool and the Pátio Milano next door, with several food options, in addition to being a few steps from Shopping Beiramar, which is a mall that has everything, from good stores to a movie theater. For those who like the sea, the apartment is a short walk from the seaside, where you can just enjoy the view or even exercise. In summary, the property is excellent and very practical to live in.
