Airbnb asks you to write a review in few words. Mine is …….. Bellissimo Bellissimo, Bellissimo. But I can’t stop there. When you open the shutters of this beautiful home and all you can see are mountains, greenery and a church in the village, why would you go anywhere else to get away from it all? To other guests who are thinking about visiting Tuscany and having a taste of living in a small Italian village, with delicious food, walks with scenery to die for, then you cannot go wrong with booking this stunning location. Keith and Aisling make you feel so welcome and insist that it is your home for the time you are staying in this wonderful village in the mountains. Their home has a rustic charm and is spotlessly clean and so cosy. It’s also a great base to explore Lucca, Florence and Pisa. Don’t hesitate. Book it now if you are in need of some R&R and a place to re-charge and relax.

Fredrico and Linda were the best people who made me feel right at home. I met some amazing people during my stay of 3 nights. Fredrico and Linda even took us for a drive and pizza up the hills in their amazing van. We heard songs and spoke and laughed and had the best time. Their garden is so so chill and there's a table tennis table too where you can play. I even took a dip in their pond which was super clean. It's the experience that stood out and i am so grateful to have come here. Special mention to Greta ( she is such a nice person and beautiful)

We stayed at Simone's place with 3 adults, a baby and a little dog for 3 days. Many reasons why we enjoyed it and why we recommend everyone to stay here: interior spaces of the accommodation, size and care of the fenced garden for the exclusive use of guests (the presence of the fence, among other things, is essential for those who, like us, bring their dog), full nature of the surroundings, extreme kindness and availability of Simone as host and last but not least, it was the most well-stocked accommodation we have ever stayed in in Italy and abroad. In short, we highly recommend it to those who want to unplug from the daily city rhythms and we will certainly do it again!

Staying with Matteo and his family was such a pleasure. Don’t miss out on dinner, Matteo is a fantastic cook and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. I took a beautiful hike straight from the house, and they were super flexible about picking me up from the train station. It was the perfect oasis after the bustle of Firenze. Thanks for everything! We absolutely loved our stay The house is absolutely beautiful The grounds were 100% secure for our dogs. We spent four weeks enjoying nature and the beauty of the house during a warm June with family. The house downstairs is cool all the time thanks to the cross ventilation Upstairs housed all the bedrooms, we loved each room had a bathroom. All the windows have fly screens, as Italy in summer is full of mosquitoes amd there are fans in the bedrooms to help with the heat at night. The kitchen is fabulous, as a family of chefs and foodies, it was not lost on us. Our only complaint was the fridge was too small for a house full of people. But there is also a freezer which does help chilling the wine at least. There was a giant outdoor table and a coal BBQ to enjoy long evenings outside. Honestly, if I could, I’d come back year after year. It would never got boring. Thanks for having us.
