Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our two person stay. The space was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with anything we needed. Katie's response time to questions during our stay was immediate. We would not hesitate to stay again the next time we're in Denver. Definitely 5-star.

Two words - dream home! Tassi & Larry were very responsive and made us feel right at home. I was in awe in every single moment of my stay. The place offers great views, a cozy environment, and the hosts are very friendly. 10/10 will be coming back to Idledale to catch a beautiful sunrise and sunset! To be honest, I did not feel like leaving, but that just goes to show that it is a wonderful place for your getaways! Tassi & Larry, I can't thank you enough for letting us stay at your wonderful home.

My kiddo and I loved our stay! Such a cute little place in a great location. Tomas was very responsive, and accommodating. The area is so cute, and friendly. Even the neighbors were great! Trader Joe’s 8 mins away, laundry is 3 mins away, Starbucks is 7 mins away. All in all I would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay with Lauren/Natalie. We were there over the Memorial Day weekend for a concert at Red Rocks. The cabin was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. They were helpful with recommendations of places to eat, and when was best time to go to Red Rocks for parking purposes ahead of the show. We enjoyed our relaxing mornings sleeping in after a long day of travel and a late night concert. The cabin had everything we needed from making coffee, to warming up pizza in the oven to being provided with little extras like snacks of granola and fruit bars. Highly recommend this rental. If we are ever back in the area would definitely rent again. 5 stars for sure….

Bright comfortable space in an excellent location. All we needed for a 4 day stay in beautiful Boulder.

Cozy and comfortable

Our stay at the industrial chic studio apartment was everything we could have wanted in a beautiful historic district of Boulder. For a small space, it was so well designed that it felt very roomy for two people and two small well-behaved dogs. Extremely comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean, quiet and simply decorated. No clutter at all like you have in some Airbnb rentals. Conveniently located two blocks from Pearl St Mall. Walkable neighborhood with June flowers and shrubs in full bloom. We'd like to stay here again.

We booked Ben's place for elderly parents. Worked great. Would book again.

As advertised. Walking to Sloan Park and 32nd Ave restaurants, coffee shops , etc. Quiet neighborhood and an awesome garden surrounds you.

My first Airbnb experience and Mike and Caleb did not disappoint! Highly recommend staying here!! We felt very safe with the exterior camera and lights. And we appreciated the communication and responsiveness with messages.

We loved the location of Cory's place, within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. It was pretty hot while we were there but the two AC units kept the living and sleeping areas very comfortable.

Traci was a great host and gave plenty of good food recs! The space is pretty small but perfect if you plan on being out most of the day anyway. It was also clean and easy to access. The neighborhood is gorgeous and there’s plenty to do right within walking and biking distance, all while not feeling dense and loud like downtown.

lovely and clean place that's thoughtfully designed and stocked! It's in a great location and felt private. There is a skylight so if you like to sleep in but are a light sleeper, it might not be ideal. I'd definitely stay again! I was very comfortable staying there alone.

We had a great stay here! Ample space with a pack and play available for our baby, comfortable bed, and convenient to stores/restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Michael and Andrew stand out for how quickly they responded any time we messaged. We had an issue with the stove early in our stay, which Andrew immediately came over to fix. The only downside was the lack of a dining area inside, otherwise the space was just right for our small family!

We were in Denver to catch the Lord Huron concert at Red Rocks and our stay here absolutely made our final stop of our trip!! We’ve been traveling around the mountains west and made our way down from Wyoming so having such a clean, elevated space that had a private garage, great location, and easy access to Red Rocks was perfect. Shawn was so accommodating with leaving lights on when we got in super late, he even loaned us rain ponchos for the concert that we couldn’t have survived without! Not to mention the delicious homemade brownies he left for us. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the Denver area!

We had a fantastic stay at Paula’s place in Boulder. The space was pristine, exactly like the photos, and clearly well cared for. It’s located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood that’s just a short drive, or even a pleasant walk, to Pearl Street. Paula was a wonderful host, offering great recommendations for restaurants, hikes, and scenic drives. Every one of her suggestions was spot on and helped us make the most of our trip. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the cozy front patio, under Boulder’s signature blue skies. Free parking right out front was a nice bonus too. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Boulder! We definitely stay here again!

Bret is an excellent host. Outgoing and friendly, he is always responsive. During Covid he constructed a brand new building behind his home just south of Sloan’s lake. The space is perfect for two and manageable for 3-4.

Alyssa’s place was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. The location itself is in a nice neighborhood but behind it, where you enter, isn’t as nice but it was never an issue. It’s waking distance to a street of great coffee shops and shopping. Overall a great experience 10/10.

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tom’s carriage home was a fantastic place to stay! The house was very clean, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the photos—no surprises, just as advertised. The space was comfortable and welcoming, and you can tell Tom takes pride in hosting. He was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The neighborhood was great too, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Excellent location to University of Denver and Pearl Street restaurants and shopping. Lovely space. Tastefully decorated with all amenities one could ask for. Thomas is an excellent host. I highly recommend this cottage house.

Peter's place was a sweet little place and I was happy with my stay. The property description is accurate - be certain you are confident climbing a ladder to get to the top bedroom (maybe not perfect for multiple nocturnal visits to the bathroom). The place was clean and the communication clear and friendly. The location is quiet and walkable, only minutes to area restaurants and stores with lots of little neighborhood parks and close proximity to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge which is a must-visit. I will plan to stay at Peter's again when I am in the area.

We loved our stay in Denver. The house was beautiful and clean. Everyone slept well. The kitchen was well equipped and well stocked. Easy parking. Nice quiet neighborhood. A very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Would stay again!

Chris’ place was exactly as described. It looked just like the pictures, it was clean, and was close to everything we had planned. Chris was also very responsive and helpful when needed. This place was perfect for my husband and I for our week long stay! Would highly recommend!
