Calm country house with swimming pool

Our gite is recently renovated and can be found in the stunning Limousin region. The gite garden is fenced off. Our visitors also have access to a larger garden with swimming pool, (June to Sept per the weather), trampoline, table tennis, volleyball, swings, BBQ. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs - one boasts an on-suite bathroom with shower, wc and sink. Downstairs there is a fully equiped open kitchen with dining and living space including sofa/bed. Our four legged friends live opposite the gite

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Isolated house on the heights of Lastours. Stunning countryside views. You will appreciate the calm and the presence of special neighbors (deer, roe deer...). At the gates of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Park on the tourist route of Richard the Lionheart. Many hiking trails, bodies of water and beautiful castles to discover. 30 minutes from Limoges and its porcelain. 20 minutes from St Yrieix, land of the madeleine. My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon. (20 minutes from Highway A20) A lot of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (wood for a fee) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric oven and two gas burners) open to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and window. Mezzanine bedroom with baby bed, on request. Sofa convertible into a 120 bed for one person TV and internet access.

Bedding for 2 adults. Sheets, towels, tea towels, cleaning products provided. the village has a train station (Limoges/Périgueux axis) located a few minutes walk from the cottage. I can pick you up by car.
