Upstairs there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Our beautiful country house is nicely located at the heart of the Lednice-Valtice area, an UNESCO protected region famous for its wines, its palaces and its natural environment. The house is 10 minutes walk from the main square of Valtice, where you can find cafes and restaurants, but conveniently located at the edge of the village, surrounded by wines and fields, and just at the start of the popular wine route.

The 2 apartments are located on the main square in the municipality of Ladendorf. The house, which dates back to the 70s, was completely modernized and renewed in 2020 with a lot of love and taste. Ladendorf is located in the heart of the wine district about 8 km from the district capital Mistelbach and about 35 km north of Vienna.
