The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Bilocale indipendente di circa 30 mq da poco ristrutturato nei locali di una vecchia dimora contadina all’interno di un podere a pochi metri dalla casa principale. Soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera con letto matrimoniale e bagno. Piccolo spazio esterno ad uso esclusivo e posto auto scoperto. Stufa a legna nei mesi invernali. Immerso nella campagna dove è possibile ammirare varie specie vegetali e animali selvatici. Tavolino esterno. Comodo anche per lavorare un po’.

In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Two opposite wings form the sleeping area and therefore privacy for the different parts. The beautiful garden offers amazing sea views.
