Only 30 min from Bergerac airport. The house is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills covered with sunflowers in summer and with numerous medieval villages, wine estates and golf courses nearby. It is possible to fish on a private lake located 400 meters away and also at Lake Lourbet 2 km away.
