Monthly Rentals in Lac Bernard

We really enjoyed our Month long stay at Lauren's cottage. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and has a beautiful view! Location is perfect for x-country skiers, la Voie Verte is 2 min walk and Gatineau Park ski trails are just a short drive from cottage (p16 is 5 min drive!). Amenities are only short drive away, whether you are going to Wakefield, Chelsea or Ottawa. Communication with the host is very fast and efficient. I highly recommend this lovely cottage and look forward to booking it again.

Had a wonderful stay at Maple Ridge for well over one month.  This Airbnb has everything you need for either a short or long term stay. The foyer is spacious with a large closet and plenty of room for storage. The fully stocked kitchen has lots of cupboard space,  the living room area is nice and cozy, complete with a little electric wood stove. It also boasts  a gorgeous ultra modern bathroom and large shower, along with a nice bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Tastefully decorated with luxurious touches such as great towels and bedding, the unit is also ultra clean.  The Airbnb is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. You will sleep like a baby! As terrific as this Airbnb is, the hosts are even greater. Extremely attentive, kind and generous. They are wonderful! Overall a great experience!

Despite the rain and the fog at the end of December which did not allow for usual outdoor lwinter activities like skiing, snowshoeing or even skating, we had an excellent time at the cottage. Our family of five adults enjoyed playing lots of board games, we had plenty of firewood for the indoor fireplace and there was plenty of comfortable seats to enjoy a movie. We took some walks on the very quiet and peaceful roads around the cottage. Wifi and cell reception were good The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We appreciated the large windows overlooking the lake. And the cozy sunroom off the kitchen was a wonderful little spot to watch the numerous birds coming to the birdfeeder. Overall, we had a great few days relaxing in a very nice cottage.

I am a repeat guest at Suzanne's place because I love the peaceful natural setting, the charming apartment, and the off the beaten path feeling I get there. It is one of my homes away from home.
