We absolutely loved Skyridge cabin, a beautiful little hideaway, nestled in the mountains of Nuwara Eliya. Dana is extremely friendly with impressive interests and hobbies. Be sure to ask him how his Everest training is coming along. The hideaway isn’t within easy walking distance of restaurants, so Prava who lives just a stones throw away will cook you anything you like, and she is a truly great cook. If you need anything, Dana can usually get this delivered to you. The cabin itself is very unique, a real one-off experience. The climb to the cabin would not suit somebody with mobility difficulties and can be a little slippy when wet so make sure you have shoes with good traction when you arrive and leave. The surrounding villagers are very friendly and both Dana and Prava went out of their way to make us comfortable. If you’re visiting nearby tea plantations, make sure you talk to Dana first and he can let you know the best places to buy tea. Would 100% recommend Skyridge Cabin.

Beautiful place, breathtaking view and super super clean! Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone who wants to unwind for a few days! Just one callout - it’s not a bathing beach so would keep that in mind if the intention is to bathe in the sea but if you just want to chill by and on the beach, this is the go to property!!!

Amazing place by Sam. Shines his brother in law took care of everything for us. From the housekeeping to giving us recommendations around the area. Awesome hospitality from them . Would definitely visit their house again. Thanks once again
