Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl. chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is well worth the 5 star rating. The view is amazing, great location for everything and Carlos was on hand for anything that come up. G Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

Beautiful surroundings. Close to the beach. The accommodation is nice and cozy. And quiet street, plus point is that there was always parking space in front of the door. The host responds quickly to questions, and is kind. highly recommended.

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

Excellent stay in Jose's apartment... amazing place in front of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. The view from the apartment was fantastic. Highly recommended. Jose, a genius who was always available... the sleeve was a great discovery...

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia took care of us with a lot of understanding and attention.

This is a wonderfully bright and modern apartment with convenient layout and a nice terrace on the street side. Beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms, and there is plenty of wardrobe space. You will have a private parking space in the parking garage. Rafal and Irina are amazing hosts. Pleasant communication and check in and check out went very smoothly. Recommended.

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

Our stay at the apartment was thoroughly enjoyable. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the main bars, shops and restaurants as well as the local supermarket. We visited two beaches several times which my daughter loved. The swimming pool in the apartment block was cleaned and checked every morning. Helena was very accommodating with our check in times and letting us store the suitcase whilst we went out before catching our flight home. Overall, a lovely place to stay and well equipped for a small family or group of friends.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

We spent awesome time, apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable! Balconies are cute. Place on the rooftop is very nice addition. Place is close to restaurants and bakery. Very good value Airbnb. Quality furnishings, logical layout, comfortable beds, a nice balcony, useful washer, good hand vacuum to take care of the sand from the beach nearby. 2 big blocks to supermarket, 1 small block to pharmacy, 2 blocks to good beach and restaurants. We barely used our car.

We had an amazing stay at Natalia’s place and can’t recommend it enough! She was warm, caring, and went above and beyond—even driving us to the bus station because we had so much luggage. We originally booked 6 nights but loved it so much we extended for 4 more. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home. Natalia’s communication was always quick and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and the Consum supermarket. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful host, this is the perfect place. The stay was magnificent. The views from the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or in the armchair and watching the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is simply fantastic. What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and didn't bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce section. She had good knowledge of cheese and more. We will be back and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

A homely apartment close to all amenities. Comfortable beds and sofa. Nice large balcony with morning sun. Well equipped with everything you need in kitchen. Andrew was very helpfull, as was Michelle. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely book again.

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..
