In the house on the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a toilet. Upstairs there is a bathroom and two bedrooms. One with a double bed and a balcony, the other with two single beds. Each bedroom and living room has separate air conditioning. There is a closed housing estate parking lot and parking spaces along the street.
