Central but quite flat and very comfortable and clean.

It's a great place to get to know the Romanesque Palencia of the mountains. Marta is very kind, as is Angel, her father. The town of Aguilar de Campoó is very nice. Monuments such as the church of Santa Cecilia, the collegiate church of San Miguel, the Romanesque interpretation center, Plaza de España, emblazoned houses, a walk along the river, gastronomy, and what can I say about the smell of cookies. Highly recommended.

The apartment is quiet but at the same time it is a short walk from downtown and the promenade, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It's not big but with everything you need to spend a few days for 3 people. Well connected also to visit surrounding villages. Yanira is very friendly and attentive. We're excited for the welcome touch.

Totally recommended, and communication with Eusebio has been smooth, making him accessible at all times. As for the accommodation, the location is quiet and is in a very accessible location for most points of interest in the area. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, and it's as comfortable as being at home. A plus, also, if you are traveling with a dog. We'll be back!

I spent one month in Esther's flat, and I'm happy with my experience. First, Esther is very friendly, gave me great recommendations for places and villages to visit in the area, and where to buy some specific products I needed, and she was texting from time to time if I need anything or if I feel comfortable in the flat. I felt comfortable in the flat. It is spacious, well equiped, modern design and equipemts, the bed is comfortable, the windows help with outside noise insulation, and the flat keeps a good temperature inside. There are several supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants at few minutes walk. There is a mall and premium cinema in the town at 20min walk; and a sport club at 10min. The bus station is at 1min walking from the flat and the train station at 7min. It is easy to go to Santander, and well connected to villages and towns if you want to be in nature, hike, or discover the region.

The apartment is located right in the center of the old town. The plaza and old church are easily accessible on foot. The apartment is new and comfortably furnished and has everything you need. In addition, Ana and her husband are very friendly and helpful hosts.

This is the second time we've been and the feeling of being at home that we've had both times is priceless. The apartment is impeccable and family-friendly. Spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean. We'll be back

The apartment is great, all spotless, 2 full bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, very large dining room and fully furnished kitchen. And everything super clean. That's how it tastes. Everything is phenomenal. To be done, I'm sure

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

María José's apartment is perfect for both a short weekend stay (like ours) and for a longer vacation. It has everything one needs smaller details that make a difference as cooking ingredients (salt, oil, sugar…..etc), as well as bath and kitchen utensils such as soap, scouring, new ballet For those of us who tend to cook in accommodations, these small details make a big difference. In how many spectacular and luxurious places we would have been that they did not have a gram of salt, no soap or a sad ballet to wash the dishes. We will definitely repeat if we go back to Santander. María José is very friendly and attentive and her lovely daughters. Carmen…..the restaurants of the fishing district…..ufffff!!!! Perfect place to stay for a quiet getaway. Elena has communicated very quickly and was always attentive to any needs. We did the check-in quite late, there was no problem on your part at any time. It provided us with plenty of recommendations to do around the area.

It was a one-night stay, very nice, definitely to repeat, the guy from the bar and the lovely reception and very nice, always attentive. The apartment is impeccable and certainly highly recommended, a quiet area but close to the rest of villages.

The house is very pretty, it is equipped with everything you need, the village is beautiful just like the views. Ramón has fixed all the unforeseen events that have arisen quickly. If your mobiles, just like mine, don't have any coverage in the village. It's difficult to communicate . Otherwise everything was great .
